Bit difficult since i would have to change.... everything, of which numbers and lines i don't understand much so i'm at least just gonna try the most problematic. Would love for official toned down settings in game to make this much more user friendly.

 

The thing is, it kinda depends on how you wish to play the mod, if i for example don't set county shifts and have long times between BBC events, which is how i want to play it.

I don't know if you could have a game rule to set opinions for the mod? Maybe that'd just be the easiest way to do it.

Although, if the problem is the BBC taking over the world too fast..... The traits you get seem kinda OP so opinions are not the only factor 😅 You could just have an opinion modifier/setter in the game rules so people just do what they want if it's possible since rewriting every trait for balance wouldn't work.

sadly with the way PDX implemented things. its not possible, take Hatred of the Black Cock, for example, it has bnoc_opinion = -50 (at least in my mod project right now) so every culture in the game hate "African" (culture added by this mod). its not working properly.. i already reported this bug to PDX. 

 

the only thing i can do, is make the race trait hated by everyone (general opinion) and have specific trait in game likes this race trait (like the sluts). obviously the race traits likes each other so the hate and the like is canceling out.

I notice that the mod cannot exit the court sex scenes. For my game at it is stuck there. I can still call a session but I cannot see anything in the court. Also it blocks the court, artifacts and setting views.

Ooh ok, that makes sense. Is there any plan for Blacked futa events in the mod? I quite like the dynamic of being able to fuck the cuck and/or get caged by the BBC while still enjoying all the standard events. I was thinking of writing some events myself and making a submod but I haven't had the time to do it yet

with cooldown everything is working

 

 there, this issue exist on CBO only. i forgot to add the cooldown to the courtscene. so it is being spammed. then it broke the court view.

you need to rollback to a save before you get "stuck". if you dont have that. then unfortunately yes.. you have to start anew

Having pretty bad unstability issues with this mod, i am gonna have to scrap this save because i started crashing constantly past a certain point. Also had a few events where a ruler is supposed to gain the black curiosity trait but it probably errored half of the time and i was only met with no characters instead.

Is this only from this mod, or could it be because i use Interracial Expansion: Black Bull ?

 

Also, so i tried with changed opinion settings and i liked it much more. Just enough that other faiths absolutely despise me which isn't too hard to do but also for my faiths to like me, though maybe slightly too much because of virtuous traits. Race opinion factor for black non black was 30, black curiosity i think was 20, also put BBC at 20 because.... it's a penis, characters shouldn't have an opinion on something they haven't seen.... And other changes much more aligned with vanilla except for extreme cases like BBC sluts.

I wouldn't say it's easy ngl, on normal difficulty and with my settings, it's much better than the ridiculous constant -300. But the mercenaries, the prowess, everything that is not opinion related is OP af which i understand why opinion makes this easier. Though i'm here to black people, not get whited out of the face of earth because of 300 holy wars.

Probably the problem lies with Black Bull. I had similar issues, which stopped after i turned off black bull.

Yeah makes sense, i did a few tests and didn't have much problems but this save i went much further with more mods in my modlist so i wasn't sure which one. I'll try getting it out and load the save back up, if the save is borked then so be it, i know about it now

Yup it was Black Bull, should probably have that mod as definetely broken on the download page. Also i'm not sure if it's because i picked a renown perk or if Black bull had borked that part of the game, and holy hell BBC worshippers are absolutely broken lmao. I don't think opinions are deserving of being put at -300 when the game is said to be easy considering the perks and positions this mod gives, maybe pushing them down like i did in ranges of -40 -5 to +5 +40 and a few exceptions like sluts around 50 to 80 would just make more sense and be more enjoyable. And if it's too easy, then just turn up the game difficulty, it's there for a reason. (Not even Princes of Darkness high vampires get stats this op lmao)

did you guys ever reach a point where you unlocked all the dynasty tree? i need people to do test on primal insight decision. is it actually working? 1000+ fascination and 1000% fascination mult for the culture head. if every african that can use it use it at the same time i wonder whats the innovation unlock speed is like.. im considering to add some innovation add the start of every era (every 100 years) from the canonical start of the game at year 800 that way african culture didnt far too much behind tech wise (still playing tribal) even when all other culture is already on late medieval

I'd hate to say it, but going in the direction you're going isn't going to work for people like me with slower pc's. I know, I know...... maybe I should just upgrade and stop being poor. But CBO runs no where NEAR as bad as your Phaze integrations, on my PC.

Did the new mod update change something about ALL female character's appearances?

 

I have the forced body modification game rule switched off. But no matter what traits, my custom female character has a weird smoothed-over appearance and i think so does every female in the game (doesn't matter if they have the beauty/white-girl/pure-white trait groups). I think there's something going on with the lips too?

 

There's nothing I can do in the better barbershop to remove it either. And it definitely has something to do with this mod because it doesn't happen when I disable the mod in the launcher.

cbo version will always be updated along side the phaze version

you wont need to worry about that!

yep it is this mod. a few patches ago, i make every female has non extreme slide. so they will look more normal. i can make a game rule to turn that off tho.. totally no probs if people didnt like it

I think it makes some changes to their complexions. I would prefer to have that option to turn it off, or maybe turn it off for just for the player character - I don't really mind if it happens to female NPCs (it might even be better), I just want my custom character to be able to have freckles lol

right now for performance reason (mass population from spawned bbc from decision) i limit so you can only use it if you have 3 or less adult bbc in your court.

Is there a way to forcefully black prisoners? Are there plans to add one? It seems like every time I play as a BBC it takes ages to convert people, even when I have them prisoner or make them my slaves or wives.

in short i would suggest in the next update add one already boosted up character to take a county and making it African to start the tech tree progress or add a religious head of state like the pope added some where in Africa 

problem is that African culture have to have a county with that culture and have a person with African culture to really progress tech. and even then they'll need to have dynasty point to unlock the tree then maintain there lands to even start progress on the tech tree.

when i play i make one of the duke or a kingdom Africa and boost there state to give it a fight chance at a kingdom if not they'll just keep fucking around as wanders 200 year later

also for the African merchant i also suggest you making it where you can ask them to stay and set up shop
