Of course it can be done for Eve. But Eve has already has a highly detailed and realistic implementation of breast and butt jiggle that's implemented by the original devs. The one I made for Lily is amateur work compared to it.

 

If you want to mod Eve's outfits, you should generally not modify her jiggle physics which will make the game use her original physics.

More correctly put, no one can share it here on Loverslab, Nexusmods or Ayakamods since all three are against sharing paid mods, even if it got posted it would get removed by the moderators, and the Stellar Blade discord server is no different, they also remove paid mods once they get posted
