Version mismatch, just like it says.  What version of Skyrim are you running?

This has nothing to do with what version of SKSE you're using.  The file skee64.dll is part of Racemenu, not SKSE.  You need to uninstall Racemenu and download the version for your game version.  Go to your game folder and right-click on SkyrimSE.exe.  Look at the Details tab under "Product version."  This is your SkyrimSE game version.  Then go to the Racemenu mod's files tab and download the version of that mod for your game version.  Install with your mod manager.

Actually, no. Sorry, but this problem has been unsolved for months, and there is no parent solution yet. The author has made a mistake by uploading a racemenu version that does not work with the intended version of SKEE.

 

Sorry to tell you this, but until now, there is no solution. And racemenu was a hard requirement for many mods, so yeah, it's problematic.

You are confusing SKSE64 and SKEE64.

SKEE64 is part of RaceMenu and different versions of it come with the different versions of RaceMenu. In other words the version of SKEE64 is always correct for the version of RaceMenu it comes with.

The version of RaceMenu you run is dependent on the version of the game you run, i.e SE 1.5.97 or 1.6.x. In other words running the latest version of RaceMenu may not be correct for your version of SE.

The version of SKSE64 required is based on the version of Skyrim you are running (1.5 or 1.6). It has nothing to do with RaceMenu.
