Sunkungeong had a Genshin Impact based follower (Klee, I think) but I have no idea where her current site is (if she even has one anymore). It might still be out there somewhere if one knows where to look.

There are a decent amount of Elin/Erin race derived follower mods on Tullius Channel as well as the Nexus in the meantime.

I am becoming aware that there is a great deal of tampering with my Internet search results due to a number of competing social causes which has affected both the search engine filters and the laws of the land both. As such, some links mislead me into thinking that a site is dead while another will just come right out and say "Blocked for Legal Reasons". The characters are too short for comfort, lore ages be damned so one cannot even look at the characters fully dressed.

from "scratch" (or from an imported preset that's close-ish to the basic character look), you could use Racemenu to define the player look or edit a copy of an existing Racemenu preset that (to you) works well in the "role"

 

Textures a bit more difficult since the ones you want (from snapshot) are in that anime pastel cartoon style, so you'll probably have to harvest *similar ones from other anime style replacer mods, or, if they exist, "body" texture mods that provide that same skin tone and ~2D look..

 

if you want them to present as really small, (pixie, brownie, sprite, faerie), then after you create the character body/face looks, just use console setscale on either the player (player.setscale x.yz) or NPC/Follower (target >> setscale x.yz)

@anjenthedogthe problem is most of follower mods in skyrim are in adult form, so i can't find a more childlike (short) to copy the preset.

@Mandown46we can do that via racemenu, but the problem is I don't how to adjust hands,leg,shoulder,head,..etc size porperly to make it looks like a more childlike
