This is just the reality on an entire modding scene (adult mods) being dependent on just ONE mod. The game itself is very healthy, with over 100k concurrent players on Xbox alone. And is one of the most modded games on Nexus despite the loud naysayers insisting it's dead and modders all walked away and refuse to mod the game.  A pox on negative ninnies. 7
SirDuke Posted September 14, 2025 Posted September 14, 2025 People easily forget, how long it took for Skyrim, or Fallout 4, until the first stable and user friendly sex-framework was released. I'm not gonna look it up, but I bet you, it's been at least about two years, probably more. (Quick check on FO4: release FO4 2015 / release AAF 2018: three years) Starfield does indeed lack quite a bit of favour in the modding community, no doubt, but with the constant work on this mod here, you can clearly say, that it's not dead. Just slow. But still somewhat "in time". Â 3

skateguy79 Posted March 18 Posted March 18 I installed yesterday and so far it seems to be working *mostly* fine. Just a couple of minor issues- the penis seems to be stretched out/distorted in a few positions (I use SFF/SFM) and there is some bad clipping in certain positions along with actor movements not syncing up properly. Also I've had a couple of crashes from trying to enact too many scenes in a single cell. But as I said, these are just a few minor issues and everything seems to work great otherwise. Keep up the good work, and I hope this serves as sort of a proof of concept for other modders to start porting their work over to SAF. 1

smidgenhamster Posted March 20 Posted March 20 I'm also using the new SAF version and it seems to be working pretty well so far. I never was able to use the old version that ran with NAF since I had installed the newest version of Starfield, so I can't really tell how it functions vs the original version. The only distortion I'm getting in certain positions, I think is due to the body replacer I'm using, whish is Milkyway Vixens. I've tested with a couple other body mods and I don't see the same distortion, so I'm looking at working around that. So far so good I think!
