I believe to get lost/deleted ini's back start game through the skyrim.exe file not the skse file this will make it redo/remake the

i have done that but only the skyrimpref and skyrim ini files show not the other ones and whenever i restart nexus mod manger i always have to re enable my mods and when i have launched it with the normal launcher it crashes when i to use skse

A guide would say to delete certain ini files and not the low/high/medium/veryhigh ones. I realize that since when you delete the skyrimprefs and skyrim ini files, they come back when you run the launcher. The other ones don't. To get them back on your own if you have steam version would be to probably verify the file cache. If there is a non-steam version, I would assume you'd just have to re-install. If you have mods, make sure to backup your data and other parts for your mod.

Additionally, you could try these and see if they work with your game. They should be the same, but I'm not 100% sure. (see attachment)

Note: Also, I think that when you start the game via the launcher, it will say it will detect settings and then use one of those base ini files (low to very high) to setup your detected configuration (on a non-deatailed basic level).

You can get the low medium and high .ini files back by doing a verify game cache through steam. Once you get the files back you need to run the default launcher to get back your skyrim prefs and skyrim .ini's as miagi stated above. Once you regain the files goto c:\Users\(user name)\My Documents\My Games\ Skyrim. Right click on the Skyrim and Skyrimprefs .ini files goto properties and make sure to unclick the read only option, once the read only option is removed click apply.

If your using SKSE make sure to use the SKSE game launcher from now on and not the default launcher.  The best way to do that is to make a desktop short-cut for the SKSE_Loader.exe launcher. If you try to run your game from the default launcher when you have any mods loaded that require SKSE you will get a CTD every time.
