[Question] Sexlab Custom Races

So I know this has been brought up in multiple threads, to show proof that i'vee done my research beforehand in asking this question as well as to give others some background info:

Thread:  A user asked how to make sexlab compatible to custom races, provided that the custom race extends the race-compatibility mod it shoud (this isn't confirmed in that thread, so if someone could confirm this fact that would be amazing!)

As well as some forum posts in the sexlab official thread, (however those comments more or less pertained to jiitek's Children of the sky mod, which is a big no-no and generally frowned upon by this community (as well it should be), however the user's question is more along the line of what I have to ask in terms of how and was left unanswered.

My question: Is there any guideline or way (via creation kit editing or whatever) to enable a race that is not extending the RaceCompatability mod to enable the features/animations of sexlab onto the race?

If it requires some ck modding to create a patch or to edit the custom race.esp to manually add in the RaceCompatability/Sexlab features then if someone could create/link a guide so that a total newbie like myself could make this happen then that would be much appreciated.

Note: Not that I think this piece of information is relevant to the setup of my long-winded question, but to forgo the whole "well what mod could you possibly want this for/ list load order", I'm trying to adapt an old race mod called Bella's Dark Races to sexlab. I hope this doesn't distract the fact that I hope the answer to his question can remain mod independant and possibly be used as a resource/final answer for the whole custom races to Sexlab Question for those WIP custom races/currently incompatible that the very few of use.

Forgive my ignorance but how/where would one go about doing this?

Edit the race .esp or edit sexlab.esm

Or is this a papyrus script edit?

I'm trying to google search on this topic as I'm completely fresh to bethesda modding.

Edit: NVM thanks to Ashal's helpful tip and some diligent/time-consuming google search found a step by step guide for activating keywords on an NPC,

Posted here, hope this helps others!
