i am eternally stuck in the state of exiting an animation and idk why . i have : killed myself , rerun fnis , killed my character , and nothing has worked . help would be appreciated

How did you determine this? As far as I'm aware, there's no way to do this.

Try with this :

 

1) in console : showracemenu and , without changing anything, go back to the game

 

2) MCM/Sexlab Setting, click Stop running animation , clean cache

 

3) Try traveling through the world map

 

It usually works. The alternative is to restart the game from a previous save

try fast travel after switching to freecam mode (freecam mode seems to release some of the lockouts, including menu controls).
