sophiextime Posted March 9, 2025 Posted March 9, 2025 Hello. I tend to always choose survival mode as i like the difficulties it presents and mostly as i love player needs like sleep hunger and thirst and sickness. i like the enemies being tougher and a sense of survival. BUT the one thing that i don't enjoy is the limit to i think 3 saves before it starts rewriting the last save with a new one, always perpetually stuck on just 3 saves. I also have used mods that autosave on survival when io exit a door etc. Is there a way or mod that works well that creates more save slots or unlimited saves? or a mod that adds all the survival needs etc without having to choose survival mode ?Â
cr8r Posted March 9, 2025 Posted March 9, 2025 this mods lets you customize everything from how often you need food to damage to how often legendry enemies spawn i've used this for a while now use this https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/58440 Â
sophiextime Posted March 9, 2025 Author Posted March 9, 2025 OMG thank you so much. so basically this addsd almost everything that the built in survival mode does wiothout having to use that mode? i just choose the hardest mode and then use this mod to add the needs etc yet still have unlimited regular saves? Simpossible_xx Posted March 9, 2025 Posted March 9, 2025 Same here! If you only need configurating the survival mode, use the Unlimited Survival Mode. If you are using Buffout 4 and wanna use this mod too, you need to set Achievements to false in Buffout 4 config.toml file to resolve conflicts between Buffout and Unlimited Survival Mod.  In fact, take a look at my current modlist, you'll find all the necessary links there. It is still unfinished and requires update... probably next month 😅
