After installing KW, you should be able to click on a sim and see a new menu option "Kinky World...". Open that up, and there should then be an option there to enable it. You need to do that, and then close the dialog. That will bring up a status spinner sort of thing saying something about injecting kinky interactions or something, with a progress count showing the percent done. After that completes, you will have kinky world installed, but not configured.

You will need to install and register at least one animation package, but probably should do at least 3 or 4.

This post has a ton of links to where you can find animations, help, etc.: https://www.loverslab.com/topic/156041-sims3wip-kinkyworld-build-409-public-link-and-other-helpful-information/

This post looks to have a somewhat out of date guide to setting everything up: https://www.loverslab.com/topic/48066-sims3-guide-to-onikis-kinkyworld-okw/

Instead of the section about BODY, I'd recommend using Jvsmith's enhanced bodies for all ages: https://www.loverslab.com/topic/213736-enhanced-bodies-for-all-ages-and-genders-penis-male-underwear-bulges-sliders/

You will still need to get a nude skin, though. That isn't bundled into Jvsmith's mod.

Placing a mod like KW into the Mod folder isn't installing.

It makes the assets like dildos show up in Buy section.

It adds a radial menu option to the played sim: Kinky World.

Using this NEW option gives you the ABILITY to INSTALL it.

IF you didn't read the _operating instructions_ and didn't notice the new menu option, then you are in for a helluva ride trying to figure this out.
