nehaberlan Posted March 6, 2025 Posted March 6, 2025 Hi, I have a mod. I uploaded in the LoversLab. Today, I made few changes on the details. When I checked in the Support topic, I noticed that there was old infos in the support topic. However, the new infos in the download page are newest ones. So, I tried to delete the support topic. When I did that, I had no option to see a support website in the download site. Is there a way to create a new support website for my mod? Or, deleting my mod totally, then uploading it again is the best solution? If you can help me anyway, I'll appreciate...
Ashal Posted March 6, 2025 Posted March 6, 2025 What was the thread's name, and do you have a link to it? If it's been less than a few weeks, a moderator can usually undelete a thread.

The thing that I couldn't understand is why support site doesn't update the newest information as the download site does. For example, I changed a detail from the Thanks & Credits. In the main page, the changes appeared, however nothing changed in the support website. Is there a bug? What should I do? Just avoid it? Thanks...
Ashal Posted March 6, 2025 Posted March 6, 2025 Sometimes, it can take a few minutes to reflect on the thread. You can also try to edit details on the thread again, make some minor changes, and then save it so it retriggers the thread update. Just make sure to use the full "Edit Details" option rather than the "Edit Details Silently" button. 1

I haven't tried again to make it retrigger. I didn't know that. I'll keep in mind. Using "Edit details" instead of "Edit Details Silently"... I'll do that... Cheers...

You can create as many topics as you like, except several instances of the same topic. I assume that would be treated as spamming. I assume, you didn't read/understand my question correctly. What you're saying it's completely different thing. Out of topic. The problem has been already solved. Your reply is totally unnecessary and incorrect.
