I still use sexis along with the old lovers comfort sexiSCupid and SexiSDefeated and have no problems but then I have had them in my game for awhile and I know how they work.

SexIs is very old; you should use SexLab instead, you not only get more addons for it but also much support and new updates.

I don't understand, isn't SexLab just the scripts that other mods use? I already have SexLab isntalled but I don't know how to start a scene with it.

No, SexLab is a replacement to SexIs, although it doesn't do anything on it's own (unlike SexIs, which did). It simply provides the framework and animations for other sex mods to use. To replicate SexIs functionality, you'll need the SexLab Matchmaker plugin, which adds two spells to your spell list that you can use to setup sex with just about anyone (and, in the case of creatures, anything).

As a bonus, SexLab has more animations and configurable options.

Plus it's written and maintained by the guy who runs this site, so (unlike SexIS) the modder won't be going anywhere.
