Oblivion newcomer; sex mods?

Okay, so I just got Oblivion thanks to the steam sale, and I'm excited to start playing it. I saw some amazing screen shots and I'm hoping to get my characters looking amazing.

Please leave your suggestion for sex mods, or any essential mods to making the game a bit more beautiful.

P.S. If someone could help me find the armor/body mods used in THESE screen shots I would be eternally greatful.
