Question about animations & other files to download

I'm just wondering, do I need to download all of the animations in the install list? I'm thinking I don't need to download all the meshes for the penis and boobs and stuff, if I am right, I only need to download 1 of each of those. Does the same hold true for the animations or should I download from multiple people in the list? Also, do I only need 1 from the list of dildos and bondage stuff or should I download multiple of those?

You do not need to download all of the animations, you are correct - only the ones you like!

You also do not need to download any custom penises or boobs, they are optional, but you can if you find the defaults not quite to your liking.

It is still advisable to download at least a few hundred (if not thousands) of animations just so you can cover all the bases and have plenty to pick from for any combo of Sims/Location you (or the NPCs) wanna use.

WW comes with a full set of meshes, so you don't need any of these at all. They are just alternatives to the defaults, for those who like to have some variety or just find one or two of them nice. Give them a look if you want and pick any that strike your fancy, but keep in mind that in this game, every item of clothing has a body mesh "built into it", so your Sims will always look like they have the default body when wearing default clothes. This is why there are clothes made specifically for body meshes like EVE and also while clothing creators often specify which mesh their clothes are based on.

Don't worry, things will work perfectly fine from a technical perspective, as long as you stay away from so-called "Default Replacements" (these will conflict with WW). It'll only be your visual experience that can become somewhat inconsistent when you mix and match different meshes.

As for animations, you'll need a few, because WW only comes with about ten of them. But again, you don't need all that are on the list. That would be crazy many.

Personally I'd recommend picking one or two packs from the Honorary Creators list to get started with, then go looking for things you feel are missing or find interesting. This is again entirely up to your individual taste.

Finally, regarding props (stuff like dildos, bondage furniture, etc.), you only need the ones you want to have in your game, but you also need animations to use them. As an example, if you want to use YrSa's BDSM devices in your game, you should also get YrSa's animations. But luckily, animation creators usually tel you which props are required for their animations.

The one big exception to this is strapons, which are handled by WW in a different manner (essentially "replacing" the erect penis for a Sim that has none). You'll only need one of those and it'll work with all animations (you'll only need to allow females in male roles in the WW settings > Sex > Gender recognition), but once again, you can have as many as you like.
