Like, I know they can have sex because they do when they are alone or sleeping, showering, even the custom mopping puddles and "animal lover" animations play just fine. I am just unable to get my sims to actually follow through with the sex interaction. They always auto cancel no matter what just go to the location and boo. And it was a completely valid question, some people don't double check first. But I do have them installed, as well as the objects, and the game from what I can tell recognizes the mods. I have already went to the debug menu to have always accept on as well so I'm just stumped.

Is the bed that you have tried a custom item, or is it one of the ones that comes with the game/EPs/SPs? Which version of KW or KW mod are you using? Which version of the game do you have? Which EPs do you have installed? When you say they will route to the bed and then boo, it seems like you used the interaction menu where you clicked on the other sim and used an interaction to ask for kinky woohoo. Have you tried clicking on a location (such as a bed or couch) and choosing woohoo from there? That will bring up a menu for you to select the other sim. I usually like to get my two sims into the room where the object is first, even if I use the sim-to-sim interaction, so that they don't have to go very far. Also, when you do that, they will usually choose the most likely object in the room, such as the bed.

I have tired all locations in the game that have KW interactions, non of them work they just end up going to the location an doing the "Boo" animation. I do not have any custom content installed apart from Sims 3 Store items (which shouldn't be a conflict), I choose not to play with CC in the Sims 3 until I get gameplay mods working correctly as some tings conflict. I am using the most updated versions of KW (Oniki Kay’s Kinky World build 440 - LoversLab Edition) and like mods linked in the page for animations/body mods. I am using the most up-to-date cracked version of the game with all of the EPs/SPs and store content. The game is updated to the last update so the version was something like 1.97 or such. Correct, I use the social interactions menu for the sims, however (I should have noted before) that using the interactions menu for the objects also yields the same results of the "booing" I have tested as you said putting them in the room near the object and selecting the objects, no dice just boos.

The first post of the main Kinky World thread lists several additional mods that need to be installed for KW to fully work. The main ones relevant to your issue though are the animations.

Yes, I have the main KW mod and all of the recommended mods linked with the main mod. I have the animations packages and body modifications (Apart from skin details I just haven't gotten that far. I'm going to include a screenshot of my sims doing the do asleep as I can only make them woohoo in their sleep when they are both extremely horny. So the mod CAN work. It only works under that specific circumstance, no other way to makes sims woohoo not even the NPC sims can woohoo but they will masturbate on the toilet, in the shower, when extremely horny on all fours, but they will not have sex together no matter what I do, unless they are sleeping and extremely horny. Even then I usually can't MAKE them (the option menu doesn't always show up) they usually do it on their own, with the exception of choosing the position. So I know the mod/animations are installed and working the sims just won't have sex at all unless they are unconscious. I have always accept on and the settings adjusted so they can have sex wherever but they just won't.

I have always accept on and the settings adjusted so they can have sex wherever but they just won't. One thing to try is to go to the Kinky World menu, then go to Debug, and there is an option in there to always accept. When you enable that, sims that you control will always agree to ask another sim to woohoo, even if they have very low motives. And and sim that gets asked to woohoo will always accept the request. The other thing that comes to my mind is about the animation packages. The animations for sleeping woohoo or masturbating on the toilet, shower, etc., all come as part of the base KW stuff. I would recommend checking that the animations are correctly registered with the game. The other animation packages that you download require additional steps to register them with KW. You don't just drop them into your Mods folders. You should have at least 1 package registered when you look, and ideally several "stages" should show up. Each "stage" is one animation for one position, and most packages have several stages in them. See the linked post for complete details on how to check and register animation packages with the KW settings. If you are using a recent version of KatieP's Kinky Mod, stuff may be labeled as "Sex" instead of "Woohoo".
vamp.queen Posted February 3 Posted February 3 No luck, I check to make sure the animations were registered and I 50/50ed the mods I do have to help the game run (NRass and 1 additional sim unclogger). I feel like KW has it out for me lol. I also changed the setting so they no longer walk to the woohoo location but teleport but that has not changed the problem. I just can't get my sims to have sex at all and all the animations are loaded and showing up. I just don't know.

Something else to try: have one of the sims start solo sex on a furniture location such as a sofa or bed. See if they will do that. Once they start, either have them ask the other sim to join them, or have the other sim ask if they can join.

I was able to watch that happen in one of my older saves, tho I am unsure of when that happened before or after I reinstalled the mod once again. But I mean, I had seen some sims masturbate using the kinky world animations that come with the OG mod. But as I mentioned I did reinstall the mod recently, literally just overriding the files (again!!!) and it worked this last time. The issue is now I don't know why that worked or why the mod wasn't working in the first place and 50/50 doesn't really work because the only other mods I use are NRASS to make this forsaken game run lol. Edit: okay, so I started a new game it broke, mod and all, I reinstalled the mod, I started another new game the mod worked again. I have no clue why it works sometimes but not others? haveyoulostyourlight Posted March 21 Posted March 21 Hey, don't know if I'm allowed to post here or not (if I'm not please ignore me lol), but are the sims supposed to get homework with the KW open-class high school? My girl has been through 2 full days and no homework has been put in her inventory. I'm only concerned because in the career panel it shows homework as "foul" and her grade as a C. The school I'm using is the one uploaded here, I only added a few benches and vending machines to it, so I don't think those could be causing the issue. But maybe they are? I've also tried resetting my sim with NRaas and no homework showed in the inventory. She's the only one in the household too if that makes the difference. Or maybe the "homework" in the career panel is just something that's there despite it being nonfunctional?

It's been a while since I used the KW highschool stuff, and I honestly don't remember whether it gave homework or not. BUT, I do know that using NRaas to reset a sim will actually delete any homework they have in their inventory. That is super annoying when they've completed their homework and I have to reset the sim, or run one of my periodic "reset everything in town" cleanups.

I'm not sure if this happens with active sims as well. Edited March 21 by Omicr0n 1

I reset the town, and then clean out the household inventories. I sell what I can, and flush the rest. Any homework or medical beepers that end up stuck in household inventories can't be sold, so they have to be flushed instead. Cleaning everything all at once is kind of annoying, but if I only do it once per season then it's not as bad. 1

dutsumi Posted April 7 Posted April 7 -Hey everyone! I have an difficulties with brothel. I started it, create a building, but i can't have more than one whore. I want to rule it by my family but if my sim is owner, he can do prostitution. But then i hire his wife as whore she can't do the same. It seems like there can be only one of them. Also i changed the number of whores in settings to 10 but it didn't help. Maybe it is problem that i've started a career as a whore earlier and the game make me chose other whores (it was 3 of them in the settings at those time). I also didn't find any tutorial or guide for all of the functions of this mod so if you know where i can find an answer - i will be very grateful!!

I also didn't find any tutorial or guide for all of the functions of this mod so if you know where i can find an answer - i will be very grateful!! You need to go to your phone or a PC, and open the "Manage Brothel" menu. There you can manage your whores (and other staff). The thing is, that a whore will not work (and by that also not have the appropriate interactions available), if they are not scheduled to work, aka are in "Free time". You as the brothel owner are the only exception to that and have no schedule. You pretty much work all the time. When you manage the whores in the manage brothel menu, you can assign them to a location. This can be any public venue or community lot, or a place you own. Even your home works, but keep in mind you will get random people walking in and out. If you own a place and want to make it a dedicated brothel, select the "Create Brothel" in the manage brothel menu and select the location. If you have your own location as a brothel, you need to set its opening hours. During that time random sims will show up as customers. After you done that, you can set a schedule for your employees. Only in times flagged as "Sex" in their calendar will they be able to solicit and also get the whore map tag. They will also automatically go to the assigned work location if it is not your home. Interesting fact: You can hold any job next to being a brothel owner. You can even open a brothel business in university. Good way to make money and fast friends XD It's literally a side hustle. It will not carry over from one map to the other and needs to be opened on each world once and also the funds are separate. Talking of funds: If you want to "withdraw" your brothel earnings, that can also only be done via the manage brothel menu. The earned money will NOT be added to your household funds automatically! Another good to know: Service staff will pretty much always accept your solicitation attempts. Now, there is a kink I need to mention: If you have people in your household that are whores for your business, they will not be able to leave home, IF you have a dedicated brothel building and they are not set to free time in their schedule (So this also happens during hours when the brothel is closed, which is the main problem with it). KW will trigger the "Go home" action shortly after them leaving the house (couple of RL minutes), interrupting anything they might be doing, even interrupting surgeries like vasectomy/tubal ligation and other rabbithole activities. Only time they can, is when it's set to "Free Time" or when they are scheduled to "work" somewhere away from home. The issue also appears during hours marked as "Closed". This can be a bit of a game breaker, but I already forwarded the issue to @KinkyKatie89 and her team. KW technically places them under "house arrest" during any time that is not explicitly flagged as "free time"in their schedule. I assume this was implemented to prevent townies that work for you in the brothel to go out and about and maybe miss work. I tried finding that specific action in the tuning options, but no luck. @BiterBit: This might be interesting for you, as well. Edited June 5 by Aouregan 1
Aouregan Posted June 3 Posted June 3 (edited) KW High School For people who want to set up their own kinky high school from scratch, here is what rooms and equipment you need for your school to properly function (it needs to be built on a community lot and set to "No Visitors Allowed"!): Important: If it says dining table, it literally means dining table. You cannot use a desk instead and vice versa. Same goes for dining chairs. Using living room chairs instead will cause the 08:30 AM script to flag an error in the school layout. There are living room chairs that can be used at desks, hence me mentioning it. Made that mistake in the Headmaster's office once and, boy, did it take me an eternity to figure out what was wrong. Script was complaining about a missing chair in the HM office and I was like "But there is one!?" I attached some screenshots for visual reference. They were taken at a raw and still undecorated state, only showing the essentials. Min. 1 class room having 1 desk for the teacher with a dining chair, as many dining tables (as students' tables) as you see fit, with a dining chair each (two if you use 2 tile tables, obviously), a speaker podium, a white board. You can have as many class rooms like this as you want, but if you do not have enough students to fill them all up, you might end up with some teachers holding scripted classes in front of no audience. Students will automatically fill up one class room to the available seating limit. Rest will move on to the next class room, etc. I prefer single seating dining tables, but that really is a matter of taste. Any dining tables work. Spoiler 1 arts room with a desk, chair, and as many easels as you see fit. (At the end of the school day make it a habit to scrap all paintings left on the easels) Spoiler 1 cafeteria with dining seating and tables and a buffet table(!). The buffet table will be automatically "served" during lunch break and cleared after. Add a fridge, a sink, and a trash bin, as well. Don't bother with a stove and do not add a dishwasher. They are not allowed on community lots. You won't be able to cook anyway, but quick meals from the fridge work, in case anyone gets hungry outside of lunch break. Janitor is responsible for cleaning up any leftovers and dishes. Spoiler 1 sports room / dance hall. I tend to combine those, due to the need for music in both. Never tried separating them, but I guess it might work. I just assume sims might end up confusing the ball room with the sports room anyway. Just make one room for both things. Here you will need a dance floor, another buffet table (for prom and stuff), and any kind of stereo. Add workout equipment and seating, namely two living chairs (for prom king and queen) and some dining chairs with tables. In my Aouregan D'Armand's School For Wayward girls I have a mirror wall with several light as a feather dance barres in there. They will use any equipment you have during sports class or simply work out in front of the stereo. This room cannot be the same as the cafeteria, so yes, you need two buffet tables in your school in separate rooms! Spoiler 1 nurse's office with a desk, dining chair for the nurse, 1 or 2 dining chairs in front of the desk for the patients and a bed. Not sure it has to be a double bed, but why go with a single bed anyway? I always whack a double bed in there. Computer for the nurse is optional, I believe. Doesn't harm to put one. I always give her one on her desk. I usually also whack the practice skeleton in there. Looks good and nurse needs science to advance the career anyways. Spoiler 1 headmaster's office with 1 desk with a computer (EDIT: According to the code no PC is required), dining chair for the headmaster, dining chairs in front of the desk as you see fit, a two-/ three-seater love seat/couch and a one seater living room chair. The latter two are not necessary, but some actions will not trigger without them (like the headmaster spanking a rebellious student on the couch). Spoiler Facilities, obviously.... I tend to make a nice high school style bathroom with the gloryhole toilet stalls (Yes, they occasionally will autonomously use the gloryholes) and the It's not gross public shower stations, cause hey... they give off that proper high school group shower vibe, and I enjoy seeing naked sims . Spoiler These are the minimum requirements for a functioning high school, enabling all scripts to fire without issues. If you messed up an automated script each day around 08:30 am will notify you what's wrong (only if it found something wrong with your school). Once you enable the high school in the kinkyworld settings, it should properly register the school in the top right corner. Once that happened, a school icon will have been added to that building in map view with its own radial menu. You can obviously add decoration and other random items in each room, but keep in mind that e.g. adding a stereo in the headmaster's office will confuse the script, since it is the ball room / sports room requirement. Random sims might start working out there during sports class. Or wildly adding buffet tables all over the place. Just add the two needed. Same goes for TVs, as they will also be registered as workout possibilities during sports class. Never Edit the school building during school hours. Do fixes at night, if you have to. Otherwise the school day and sims will be reset. And do yourself a favor and use at least double doors for the class rooms and two double doors for the main entrance, in order to prevent clogging. As for personnel: You need 1 headmaster (has to be an NPC or townie to begin with, but you can earn that spot by advancing through the education career in the high school), 1 nurse, 1 janitor, min. 2 teachers. Except for the headmaster position, any sim can fill those positions. If they are player controlled they need to join the job like any other via the world map. You cannot directly assign them via the school radial menu to player controlled sims. But the same radial menu has the "Join xyz" career options for all positions except for headmaster. The pool of people that you can assign to a position is limited by the setting for auto recruiting set in the high school settings. So, if you set that to NPCs, then the list for assigning roles will only show NPCs, and so on. It is a bit counter-intuitive, since you are manually assigning the roles, but that's just how it is. Classes will trigger automatically, selecting a teacher at random to hold them per class room. No manual intervention required. Schedule is 09:00 am to 11:30 am, then a lunch break until 1:00 pm, then classes until 03:00 pm. Afterwards on two days a week afterschool activities like arts or sports will trigger, again assigning an available teacher at random. School ends at 5:00 pm. Having a Business degree will not influence your pay for the kinky world education career, so don't bother. You do not need to assign the students manually (except for player controlled teens, as they will remain linked to regular high school, unless the system is told otherwise). A script firing each night will automatically do that. In fact, you have zero control over who exactly attends this school. It will fill it up with all available teens (except for the ones that do not technically live on the map, aka are not registered as townies, are babysitters, or are in boarding schools. These will also not show up as assignable students, even if NRAAS demographics show those teens as technically existing. They do not attend school.). I simply tend to age out all the guys, so I am left with only the girls, due to my school being a girls only school (The trigger aging will not work during school hours. Wait until after 5 pm to do it). Unregistering students will do nothing, cause the script will simply add them back automatically, even with high school auto management disabled (That really only affects recruitment for open roles). So, if you want to get rid of one or more specific students, you have to just age them out. It's a bit of a pain, but e così. On a very important side note: Do never, and this does not only apply to High School, have a Kinkyworld NPC (Oniki, Katie, Anna, Deborah, etc.) move in to your household. It WILL break your game, latest after next load. They seem to have scripts attached to them that do not agree with being player controlled and you will lose control over your entire household. They apparently are called NPCs for a reason. But all the NPCs are also available as premade Sims in CAS, which, when used as regular townies, will not cause these issues. They will not have any special skill set anymore, like Oniki being able to teach you the foreign songs and such, but c'est la vie. I guess it might have to do with some scripts firing on map start/load that sorts out some specifics with the NPCs and it will remove control over your household from you, if it finds one of the NPCs being part of it. Edited June 10 by Aouregan 2
Aouregan Posted June 3 Posted June 3 (edited) Another kink that is worth mentioning (at least until it gets fixed): So, this affects both brothel and high school. If you have multiple people from your household working in any of those locations (proper dedicated brothel or high school) AND their relationship is higher than love interest (so, Boy-/girl-friend, fiance, spouse) AND they are at that lot, their interactions will break / become unavailable. Clicking on the partner will simply not open a radial menu anymore (Very rarely I have the one-off that it does open, but the options are reduced). Some background script that keeps tabs on those designated lots seems to break this. I am a bit baffled as to why it only happens at specific relationship levels, but eh... it is KW The behaviour will return to normal once they leave said lot (or you use MC to crank their relationship down to love interest or lower). This is slightly obnoxious, but can be dealt with: Simply stay on love interest and you are golden, or live with it. Unless you declared your home lot your brothel (in which case you are in for a nasty surprise XD) it ain't too bad. Just something to be aware of and keep in mind. Also something I already forwarded to Katie for consideration. EDIT: Damn, I am on fire today. Autism and ADHD... look at me go. I love to tinker and break stuff. XD Edited June 3 by Aouregan 1

Do teachers impart their real-life skills to their students, the same ones they lecture on? Do you happen to know? Afaik, the nurse does not need a PC, but the headmaster does. But it's been a while. The 08:30 AM script triggering on school days will tell you top right in the message window, if something's missing, so you can try to leave the Headmaster PC out. It will tell you, if you need it and in worst case the school will simply not recognize the room as the headmaster's office, leaving him/her without. That will also mean that students can no longer be sent to the headmaster's office for misbehaving. Sofa is not necessarily a hard requirement, but you will miss out on some stuff, if you don't have it. EDIT: No need for a PC, according to the code. Each room has certain requirements in furniture combinations to be uniquely recognized by the daily script for their specific purpose, like the combination of desk, dining chairs and a bed making it the nurse's office. You do at least need the desk with a dining chair for the nurse, a dining chair for the patient, and a bed, or nurse related scripts will fail. You can obviously put more things in there, except for some of the things like TVs, stereos, etc. that I mentioned above. The script will also get confused, if you whack a bed into the headmaster's office and will mistake it for the nurse's office, because the requirements are otherwise pretty identical. I believe the PC was one of the distinct features required for the HM office, but I might be wrong there. Has been a while since I did not put one in there. If the daily script right before school start fails to identify a specific necessary room, the day will still commence, but all functions requiring that room will fail. Other than that you can go absolutely ham on the rooms. This is the current iteration of the "cafeteria" room in my D'Armand School for Wayward Girls in Midnight Hollow. And my "ball room", for example, is in a separate, gazebo-style building out in the gardens. All you need to do is watch out for and listen to the feedback from the morning script triggering each school day, and then fix the problem points at night, before the script runs next time. My school is a bit more like Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children and the curriculum includes lessons in Black Magic, Demonology, Occultism, White Necromancy (Respect your dead, yo!) and the like. Was too lazy to dig into the scripts yet, but adding lectures about witchcraft and such is perfectly possible, with students and the teacher doing play with magic actions, for example. I just need the proper mood to start adding it. My long term plan is to add classes for alchemy, witchcraft and maybe gardening, depending on how stuff is set up. But I do that for myself only. I do not mod for the public in any game anymore since probably 5 years ago. I also want to integrate the orientation (Meet & Greet) to my school, but since students can come and go on a daily basis (aging in and out of high school age), I am not sure how much sense that makes over simply doing them manually. That also means that my school building has a lot more rooms than it needs, like an alchemy room, magic/summoning room, an extensive library, bed rooms, yaddayadda. As long as you do not put any of the unique furniture combos required for the functional rooms in any of them, the school script will just ignore them. Spoiler And yeah, I have washing machines in it, cause it is a boarding school. No, people do not live and sleep in the school, I simply have two identical copies of the same building right next to each other. One as residential, where some of the staff and the girls live in, and one as the community lot where the proper school functions take place. Only difference between the buildings is that in above cafeteria in the residential building, I do indeed have a stove and a dishwasher. Can't have those on a community lot. And any TVs or stereos that do not pertain to a specific functional room are not present in the school version of the build, lest people start working out all over the place during sports class. As for the skill teaching: No, I do not think so, BUT there are kind of exceptions to it. So, for example, if the sim that is selected by the script to do the sports class has a skill level that allows him to train other sims, that can actually trigger fully automated and he/she will pick a student to train, if you have equipment for it and their relationship score hits the requirement for that. Happened to me at the dance barre, for example. She singled out one student and trained her, while the others went about their regular work out program. Otherwise the teacher will just do the "Hang around" action during sports. Classes are really very un-interactive and happen fully automated without the need for player action. You really only need to control teachers during break or off hours, when they have no classes. Headmaster also does a lot of stuff automated, as does the nurse. Janitor is genuinely the one with the most free time. Just upgrade some stuff for instant cash and repair things as they break. Otherwise keep the lot clean. That's it. Arts the students simply learn by doing, which they will during arts class. They will paint on the easels and by that raise their skills. Same goes for sex and exhibition, if they start masturbating or romping around during class. That will obviously also give them raises in their corruption skills, making them more willing to participate in weird shit (People with low corruption scores will, for example, more likely say no, when recruited as whores for a brothel). The regular lectures and whiteboard sessions do nothing, afaik, except for raising the students grade due to attendance. Arts, sports, sex and exhibition are the only real distinct classes taught anyway. Rest of the time is just fillers for attendance. Albeit you can set a minimum skill level required for teaching (default is 3), I have not seen that make any difference. My Painting 0 teachers were picked just as often for arts class as the ones with painting 5. Same for Athletics and sports class. And sex and exhibition are randomly taught during normal class schedule. The High School system Oniki left us is extremely powerful and detailed, once you know the requirements and what you can and cannot do. If you peek at the code for it (it's all in the HighSchoolSituation.cs inside the Oniki_KinkyMod.DLL) you can see that the buffet table in the cafeteria for example can be exchanged with a barista bar or a food register. But then the students will end up buying snacks and food instead of getting it auto served from the buffet (I have NOT tested this). There is a lot of stuff going on. There were also a lot of more classes planned, but so far only sports, arts and normal are implemented. Music and science might be, too, so I need to test that (Outside of recognizing those rooms there is hardly any code for those). I have a music and science room in my new school anyway, so we will see: public enum ClassroomTypes { Ballet = 0, Scouts = 1, Music = 2, Arts = 3, Newspaper = 4, Study = 5, Debate = 6, Drama = 7, Shop = 8, Sports = 9, Sciences = 10, Cheerleader = 11, Normal = 100 } The interesting part is the private void CreateClassrooms() in the .cs It tells you what items are required for what class rooms to be recognized. The sports room, for example should work with any of these: typeof(Pool), typeof(SoccerGoal), typeof(AthleticGameObject) Problem here is that a stereo or a TV can also be recognized as athletic game objects, which can cause some confusion, if you have those around the house, which is why I tend to have the ball room and sports room all-in-one (The Prom room has a stereo as hard requirement). As for the other functional rooms, here I have compiled the return messages from the daily script in order to give you an idea (These are pretty wishy-washy and a lot of stuff I had to find out by trial & error, like having chairs for the patients in the infirmary, too, and so on): "Headmaster office not found!\rMake sure your high school lot contains at least one room with only one desk and a chair.\rA couch and a living chair may be usefull too.") "HighSchoolSituation.FindLunchRoom: No Lunch room found!\rMake sure at least one room in the school has a some dining tables (with chairs) and a buffet table.\rNote: This room must be different than the Prom room." "Infirmary not found!\rMake sure your high school lot contains at least one room with only one desk and a chair and at least one bed." "HighSchoolSituation.FindPromRoom: No Prom room found!\rMake sure at least one room in the school has stereo and some dining tables (with chairs), a buffet table and two living chairs (King & Queen's thrones)." & "HighSchoolSituation.FindPromRoom: No danceable object found!" Yeah, that one surely counts as a regular AthleticGameObject. I am currently working on adding more rooms and classes to the school system, which is why I am digging through the code, but not sure yet how long it will take me. Edited June 10 by Aouregan
