Before anyone ask. I don't know which mod caused it and I'm not going to because I'd rather have that as slight inconvenient than actually trial and error to look through all my enabled mods.
 

I had the same issue and it was being caused by this Linnea mod:

Huh... I don't have that mod on my list so I'm not sure. I can try disabling my Linnea mod and see if Linnea mods in general caused it.

Leva apenas 1 a 2 cliques, e o processo é gerenciado inteiramente pelo usuário, sem envolvimento de nenhum membro da equipe. Você não precisará mostrar a tela de modding ou o UID, e é muito rápido de completar.
 

Isso deve ajudar a proteger o servidor contra todos os tipos de ataques pessoais ou coordenados. Vou pular os detalhes de como o sistema funciona para não basicamente explicar como contornar isso.

E se o sistema de verificação é incômodo para você, eu entendo e respeito totalmente isso. Infelizmente, com tudo o que aconteceu, não há realmente outra forma de manter o servidor sob controle.

Basicly its because of a mod conflict. Try disabling multiple folders at one time to find out which is causing it

I literally just said disabling my Linnea mod fixes it. I'm not gonna disabling all my mods to see if that alone caused the NPC face glitch or if it was mods conflict when disabling one already worked. And re-enable them all later because then I'd have to toggle them all to my preference again.

So, which mod is that exactly? region.ini by itself is not enough, it just determines which region we're in. Each mod can use this information to switch stuff.

Look inside mod's ini to see whether it uses region at all

I'd post a working mod but idk what NPCs are these, I can't find them right now

 

Also, I've noticed that Shadow realm has Nodkrai enemies, so we need to apply NNfix there. Here's a region.ini that checks for Lumine skin to recognize Shadow realm.

If you chose Aether, find out his hash and add\change [TextureOverrideLumineShadowBodyPosition] part at the end

In the mod, change "if $regioncheck == 14" to "if $regioncheck == 14 || $regioncheck == 18"

Also, the mod

It was the "FontaineNPCElegantDressMod" from Monsoon, but i somehow fixed by separating the mods. However, I'm still having issues with "LiyueNpcRobeMod" also from monsoon, especially with the Glaciomancer skins not matching.

You'll also want to add in Aether's check for the shadow realm. I didn't find another way to detect shadow realm only either. Doesn't matter for personal use, but if you're going to give it out might as well have both.
