I see there are lots of efforts from you guys in solving this, and it seems like this is a really hard one to fix. 

 

If i am to give one of the temporary solution for this, i kinda make both ps-t0 and ps-t1 mapping to "diffuse".

It makes the character's body kinda greyish, but it's a lot better than green...

For the others, removing NNFix entirely seems to work well for me

Yes, you're right, its 14. I've updated files in my post.

But there was still an issue with region not updating in Snezhnaya after Nodkrai, so I've added a simple detection of Snezhnaya in Region.ini. Until it's updated properly

Try removing this line from NPC mods, it usually works:

run = CommandList\global\ORFix\NNFix

Columbina's statue doesn't match the preview for me - maybe it's only for fully upgraded statue?

Just added a few more checks to the Region.ini so it shouldn't ever not detect it. I didn't test it thoroughly, though.

Oh, that's NPC that can be found in Fontaine, Nodkrai, Snezhnaya and as enemies in Nodkrai. But they only need NNFix (or swap ps-tX as you're doing) in Nodkrai.

We've been trying to work around it with region checks

Try downloading "Fontaine Skirt Oprichniki" mod and updated Region.ini from previous posts. It seems to be working

After downloading the new version of ORFix.ini, some of my mods started looking like this, does anyone know how I can fix it?

It works in Nod-Krai, but only Nod-Krai. Region.ini has not been updated in 11 months so anything after Nod-Krai is not accounted for. Even if it was, there are a few NPCs in Shneznaya that will get green skin if you apply it there.

So in theory I replace the old region.ini with this file, and the mods would stop turning green in Snezhnaya?

does anyone have a tool/script to apply orfix to merged, complex and animated mods? I had those but accidentally deleted them while making space in my disk
