Sudden Lag

So a few days before I installed HDT body physics skse plugins with a few idle animations. Everything worked fine for a while, then all of a sudden my game started to lag. I mean, it worked fine for a few minutes after load then it started to lag. It all started after HDT. So naturally I thought it was the culprit but even after removing it, I still had it : lag after a few minutes of load and it stays until I restart the game.

 

I don't know why I did it, but I re-installed skse and magically it started working smoothly again, no lags at all. I still thought it was because of HDT.

I was wrong. I just installed the Succubus Race and guess what, the problem returned, the exact same problem, same lag after a 2-3 minutes. I uninstalled the race, re-installed skse and even uninstalled my ENB but this time it won't go away, aaarrrgh, this is so frustrating .

 

Please guys, any help would be really nice

 

Ps- i've never had this problem in my previous 2 playthroughs and i've used the succubus race before with no issues

Load order is a must if you want people to really be able to help you as right now we have no clue what you have installed in your game. High script/high script using mods can cause lag as well as high def texture packs ENB'S among other things.

Clean your game with tes5edit.

B & D here would be nice.^^ May be the Papyrus Engine raging but with no information no answers. Could also be the hardware that can't manage the load anymore.
