Future Sims 4 Animations

Hi Everyone,

 

I get a few messages here and there with requests for animations, so I decided to create a topic for people to request ideas for me to do my best to animate.

 

Please leave some suggestions for what you would like to see and I will try my best to make them happen.

hey, just found this thread and your animations - they're awesome, can't wait for more!

 

meanwhile, since you asked, let me then introduce few ideas of mine in a short way, omitting some deeper description; of course, i don't mean to overwhelm you, just wanted to give you more to choose from, and if you did one, it'd be already like a wonder to me

 

1. Self tickling - preferably with fingers, probably as separate animations for specific parts of body (eg. feet, stomach, ribs, armpits, neck, and/or other);
2. Voodoo tickling - I know there's such an interaction in The Sims, but let's be honest, it doesn't quite work as expected, since it lacks an animation;
3. Magical tickling - since there exists magic in this world, there *must* be some tickling spells too;
4. Tickle fights - either for two people, or maybe more of them (like 3+ sims at once) - the more the merrier, right?
5. Tickle 69 (or triangle, or circle) - I mean such a position on a bed or floor, where two (or more) sims lay or sit with their heads next to the another one's feet to tickle them;
6. Self tickling mixed with any previous point - eg. with voodoo doll, magic, or "accidentaly" in a fight - because why not 

 

okay, I feel that's enough ideas for now; hope you'll like (and use) any of them 😊

PS: the newest animations don't seem to work for me - or maybe i downloaded improper item? 🤔 could you help me with these two?

i've been looking for animations that accommodate/acknowledge a pregnant belly, i have several mods that add interactions like belly hug during regular interaction and it's always bothered me that i can't do something similar with any animations i've found so far!

well, like i said, im not exactly sure about the proper object, you wrote "ComboCross", but on Kritical's page i only found "AltarCross1" and "CageCrossCombo1" and neither were working; i probably missed the one x]

Hi,

 

I do have animations with the Atlas Cross, however my newest animations use the CageCrossCombo (it looks like a big X). I have tried in game and these still work for me, I would recommend re-installing the object packages as well as my newest animation package. Is the issue that when you select the object, you cannot see the animation listed? or is it that the animation will not play properly?

as far as i've seen, "CageCrossCombo1" relates to this box-like cage, not really resembling a cross; but i do realize we might be talking about different objects, maybe mistakenly named on the download page xd could you directly link and/or attach the proper item here?
my issue is the first one, i can't see the animations listed when clicked; but, like i said, it's prolly just a thing with wrong prop. thanks once again for answering!

The package you need for the object is called: [Kritical]CageCrossCombo1.package, uploaded by Kritical on his page on
November 17, 2024. The package comes with both the cross and the cage, however only the cross is needed for my animation. Here is a picture of the cross for reference that is used in my animation:

ahh, this one! i've tried to use it, but i only got this single default Kritical's idle animation and i couldn't even choose more than one sim for it. i just tested it with different gender characters - i mainly play female sims, so i thought this might be an issue here - but inviting male characters didn't change anything, i still can't launch your animations on that prop (but all the other work perfectly), and i've got no idea why

This has me stumped, Ive reinstalled all files related from LL and it works in my game, maybe try and clear your mod folder temporarily and see if it works with just the animation pack and the cross, to determine if its conflicting with any other packages.

just tried what you suggested, nothing changed - i can't choose more than one sim for the cross, nor can i choose any other animation than Kritical's default one (and i can't ask to join anyone); well, i guess these two won't be for me then, hope the future ones will work tho... thanks for trying anyway; btw, did you like any idea of mine? 😁

Hi, one more thing to try, can you shift click on the Cross object, click wicked whims, display object information and then tell me what the WWID of the object is?

Hello, i also have the same problem. Idk if this is the cause but on your downloads page it only shows this three files with the latest is on 10th january. Assuming the crosscombo is added at February 11th, could it be that the file hasn't been updated?

btw, just came with an idea: are the animations for this item stored in the same file as some others? maybe dividing it into separate files would help? or, if it's already a separate file: which one? maybe reloading or recompiling this particular file might do the trick? not sure tho

When I uploaded the new version, I forgot to upload the animation file that came with it. 

 

Thank you for helping me work this out, I was so confused why it did not work. I have now uploaded the new file lol.

oh yeah i think i've said this before, but i think it'd be cool to have a spreadeagle bed bondage tickling animation (where you're tied up on the bed, with all your limbs tied to the corners of the bed, making an X shape), as that position is suprisingly a bit uncommon to find, and i haven't seen anyone make a tickling animation with the spreadeagle bed bondage position. just a random suggestion ^^.

Thank you for the suggestion, I plan on making some new bed animations soon and I will definately create a spread eagle one
