just curious is there a scene with the assistant if so how do you start it ive got the give in scene for the doctor and ive tried resisting but nothing has happened yet

There's no scene with the Assistant yet, but a few scenes with her will be released alongside V0.3, which will be released, hopefully soon.

When I take my 3rd therapy session and I want to get the hypnosis there is an error saying: I can't (display:) the passage 'First Hypnosis Focus Result' because it doesn't exist.I tried to use a macro, but its call wasn't written correctly.

Is it conflicting with another mod?

Is it conflicting with another mod?

Are you using the latest version (0.3.1)? This version fixed a few bugs, and this was one of them.

using the experimental version 0.4b and the kissing/groping/dream sequence never seems to trigger.

 

from the code it appears to be after he's had his way with you, can't see anything else needed but it just never happens, always just become more feminine.

went all the way to 100 femininity and never spotted it.

i could just be super unlucky but even playing with the code a little bit to make sure an event MUST happen, it still breaks.

not sure if you have some hidden parameters somewhere else in the code but i'm super confused at why it doesn't trigger

This is the part i was loking at.

lower maximum masculinity works and the else at the end works.

because the kissing never initiates neither does anything else and annoyingly i can't find any error in the above code. the only thing which looks iffy is at the start it says if:(either:1,3) is 1. this still looks like a 50:50 chance to me choosing between 1 or 3 and seeing 1 causes stuff to happen i don't think that even matters for preventing other stuff from working.

I also have a good idea of what the problem is, it appears to be reading the code from the bottom to the top, i'll attempt to verify.

I also have a good idea of what the problem is, it appears to be reading the code from the bottom to the top, i'll attempt to verify.

You were right, it wasn't set up correctly. I forgot to put an else-if tag. So it was going through all of the events, therefor ending in the lower maximum masculinity event. It should be fixed now.

is there something i have to do to get the dreams to happen ive been to therapy and done hypnosis so many times just wondering if im missing something

I've uploaded a new version, hopefully this time it will work, as I've re-built the entire system that grants the dreams. Also, you have to lose in hypnosis. After that, there's a chance for the system to trigger (33%).

dreams did work for me, they just were rare to trigger and they didn't repeat. however that was on previous patch. i can't comment on the current one. maybe i'll play around with it and confirm everything is working as intended, but not today.

 

Would like to say great job, I had a lot of fun with this mod!

Thanks for the fix on what i said, that made sense, i was looking at the code thinking this should work haha

Of course! And thank you for telling me. There's 3 dreams right now, with different conditions to trigger. But I do plan on improving the current dreams, and adding in some new ones at one point.

Action point to get out of hypnosis seems bit easy of a cop-out, given the only time you really don't have action points is when you're royally screwed to begin with.  Don't typically like the alternate system of spending ap to lower difficulty before hand but that might be a better system than always knowing you can get off scot-free if you have least an ap point or two.

 

Initial session should probably trigger some compulsionary effect to attend more sessions otherwise you can either easily avoid this altogether or easily mitigate any downsides and essentially just farm free effects for $150.

I hear what you're saying, and I'll look into a way of re-structuring how the hypnosis mini-game currently works, alongside adjusting the cost of AP.

Gotta agree with the action point cop-out :/ I feel silly purposefully taking the risk to lose the hypnosis minigame when I can just use an AP. We're in the mall to boot – there's a vending machine and Jitters right next door, so I'm never going to run out of AP even if the cost is doubled or tripled.

Just put out a minor update which changes the way that AP is handled during the mini-game. From now on, players will have to rely on skill or luck, there is no cop-out.

Hy one of my favourite mods out there for X-Change great work on it so far! 😃
I got a quick question, the option to adjust the drug frequenzy, from very high to low, what does it actually do?
Every time I lose to the hypnosis minigame, the Doc drugs me anyway. Or changes it with which pills he uses, or does it something completly else that doesn´t seem to be related to the mod itself. Like the chance to get drugged in the club, bar or at work. Thanks in advance 😃

It doesn't affect the chances at other places, such as club, bar, etc... It only has an affect on the 'Emporium'. It changes the chance of 'certain' drugs been applied. It doesn't turn it off, or set the chances to 0%, It just lowers the chance, or gives them a nice little "bump". I hope that answers your question. And thank you for the kind comment! :)

I am trying to build debt but it won't let me. The first time I did it, I just left without paying came back and was offered the ability to go in debt. This playthrough debt isn't being offered. Has that system changed? How do I get the debt offer?

 

Becky even specifically says I have to pay before I can go again.
