Sex need/starvation/consequences mod

Hello, I'm looking for a mod that would make the player forced to have sex. It'd be perfect if it added a mechanic similar to vampirism, which would require the player to have consensual sex every X days with a new person (maybe with a cooldown?) or become seriously debuffed. It'd be perfect if it included a mechanic similar to Stress And Trauma SE which would separately add different debuffs for non-consensual sex (that mod only adds a visual effect afaik).

There is no way I'm the first person who thought of this, it has to be implemented as a mechanic in some unintuitively-named light-weight mod. Does anyone know a mod like that?
Children of Lilith - Succubus of Skyrim contains a similar mechanic (Features>Hunger and Starvation), but I'm looking for something much much lighter and simpler, which wouldn't rework that many aspects of the game.
