Which version of the Unofficial SSE Patch do I need?

I used the Best of Both Worlds Downgrade Patcher for my game. Do I need the most recent USSEP, or should I use the one for version 1.5.97? LOOT is telling me to use the latter, but the BoBW Patcher still has content from AE. This is why I'm confused. I have BEES installed, but that doesn't seem to make LOOT any happier.

I assume with Best of Both Worlds you will have 4 "free" CC addons that post-AE USSEP requires as masters. If that is the case, there is no reason to go out of your way looking for 4.2.5b, just get the most recent one.

 

BEES has nothing to do with LOOT or USSEP. It's an SKSE dynamic library, not a plugin that LOOT can sort or even detect.

The USSEP for AE. Even if LOOT says not to use it because my game has been partially downgraded to 1.5.97 (SE), can I still use it because of the CC content that's still present in my game? Or will that result in game-breaking glitches because the core game files are SE and not AE? This is what the BoBW Patcher does, and it's why I want to know which version of USSEP I need to use. I have both downloaded, but I need to know which is correct.

Ignore it. LOOT is not be-all-end-all. It doesn't account for downgrade patcher.

I use USSEP V 4.2.5b for SE 1.5.97 (not downgraded)
