I did not see anything that difficult to make, the initial investment would be a drag but source the SS plugs a bit of fake fur, those bands for the head, a bit of leather and sew, sew, sew.  You wouldn't really need to use the leather it is a good stiffener though.

I'm not sure what category I would fit under (DOM or sub), to be honest. When my ex-girlfriend sucked my balls and licked my taint, she just sort of, did it, I didn't even ask or tell her to, I was kind of surprised when she did it, and I thought it felt kind of strange; I'm not sure if there is supposed to be some pain when having your balls sucked, but there was some pain with that.
