Forum glitch ?

Sometimes, when browsing the forums, I get a blank pop-up window and a message saying "You are not authorized to perform this action"

 

When it happens I am usually just scrolling down the list of posts. I'm not clicking anything. Anyone know what's up with this?

It might have something to do with your profile I know somethings only become available after you have posted so many times. I have never came across anything like this so that might be the reason.

I'm having a somewhat similar problem today, but it's happening only when I'm trying download files from the forum. At first I managed to normally download a couple of Skyrim related files, but now it's every time just saying  "Sorry, you don't have permission for that! You may not download any more files until your other downloads are complete".

 

But the thing is, I don't have any incomplete downloads. I already tried signing out and back in, and closing my browser.

 

EDIT: Downloads started working again after several hours.
