No reports of bans as far as I know. Something like that would have been announced in the Rivals Modding Discord.

 

Just don't bring attention to yourself and you should be fine, since it's user facing.

 

That being said, it's always possible; just not likely if you're careful.

The model/texture change are only on your account. Unless you are streaming/making video about it no one will know you play with a mod and report you.
