It says "Exhausted" instead of "Exhaust". and it doesn't actually get exhausted. it goes straight to the discard pile. and what does "each 3 card" mean? I only see its energy cost go down each use. Not sure if it's a bug or not, but Counter Stance is triggered by the Heart's Beat of Death. That kinda trivializes the fight imho, as you can just play as many cards as you want. And after you got a few Backflip Doges from Counter Stance, you even get more block than you loose through Beat of Death. Edit: Counter Stance is also triggered by the Guardian's Sharp Hide. I assumed it meant "Exhaust" but it was actually saying cards in the exhaust pile, or simply put, already exhausted. I feel stupid now lol.

Did a few runs with the update and the new regular stuff (potions/cards) seemed all good. The card balancing changes felt like they made sense where I noticed them and disarm weapon is more intuitive since the disarm card exhausts if you draw find weapon. Also noticed the new cut-ins which are always welcome flair. Thanks for the update. I think Beg For Life is an interesting idea, but it felt a bit wonky mechanically in the current version. It can be an undesirable outcome if you have other cheat-death effects already. On my second "real" run I had Beg for Life successfully trigger, but I also had a Fairy-In-A-Bottle vanilla potion. I picked the "Die" option thinking the potion would activate instead of getting all the negative effects, but discovered that it definitely did not work that way when the Die card hit me for what I think was 9999 damage and finished me off lol. Assuming it isn't a bug, Beg for Life wasn't guaranteed to activate the first time the character hits 0 HP. Just personal preference, but I think it would be fun if it was guaranteed the first time you hit 0 HP. Then there is some opportunity for it to be a tactical play if you don't care so much about the cards or the max HP.

I'm kinda enjoying the Fleeting cards, since i can just pile them up without worrying of having too much of them. although the hoarder in me is keeping lots of them "for later". stares at 88 cards 😅 @3rd loop haven't tested Beg for Life yet. the new cards/potions are a welcome surprise. don't want to make any judgement yet. but so far, it's all good. in my current session, i went gun-less/bullet-less. just mostly power, body cards, and my favorite search room + lighter. although having no bullets made me unable to open crates, i use them as free draw cards. won't it make sense to make it possible to open them using combat knife? or maybe not. it also easy to get bullets anyway. i had 60+ bullets that i barely used. my main op weapon now is flame thrower. i have 3 of them but sometimes 1 is enough to finish them off. Lace Up Boots to increase str. Refreshing Breeze for extra energy. quite easy to kill solo enemies. About Filled Stomach. is my observation correct? It has something to do with Anal Creampie status card or is it random? Does it need that card to have any effect? And is it only trigger on unblocked hit? or simply end of turn? Herbs suggestion on red herbs. maybe it's better for it to be like status like where strength/dex counters is? as if placed on a pocket/bag? it's really hard to trigger a combo.. but that's the only gripe. or, have the other haves with retain too. it sucks using cards that discard the hand. even with a nerf, if there's even room to nerf it. but i must say, this is biased with me doing a yellow herb +maxhp run within endless. honestly, i've learned to just use yellow herb without waiting for red. or used skill bottle relic to keep red herb innate. and maybe it's already op as it is. i am 250 hp in 3rd loop (and extremely lucky getting maxhp potions and relics this early).

Yeah, I think I didnt make a special case for those relics, assumed it would work fine, now it should check other relics first, then do the Beg after using the relics. When you get attacked, unblocked only I think, there is a chance 3 + 2 per stack chance to get anal creampie or mouthful of cum, it's mainly for generating negative status, there is a relic that can make it possible in some way. 2 hours ago, juzjoss said: Herbs I kinda indirectly buffed Red Herb with Herb Potion, I think I'll add it to more cards. Was actually really funny how high-corruption Claire and some of her mechanics/cards interact with the heart. Got the White Stuff relic early on, so I was permanently at ~20 filled debuffs and his 15 hit attack would do significant damage, but then my hand would fill up with Mouthful of Cum cards to swallow for healing and corruption, sensitive skin gave me 30 temp HP, she would get 50 stacks of arousal to work through because of masochism stacks that kept regen high, and the corruption kept feeding me Proposition cards to keep the heart's strength manageable. It was a long fight, but it felt like the character worked well. I feel like if there were any major glitches in how the abilities worked that would be the stress test. Unfortunate result is no test on Beg for Life lol. I did hit what I think is a bugged interaction between Free Mind and shops. I had used Free Mind on an encounter prior to a shop (probably immediately before, not 100% on that) and removed a Yellow Herb. When entering the shop, the Yellow Herb I had removed flashed up on screen and did the shop removal animation/sound effect. This caused the shop's removal option to show as sold out. Don't think it took gold for this, but not sure. I don't think it is a new bug from the latest build as spotting it reminded me I had seen shops get their removal option locked mysteriously in earlier runs and had forgotten about it. Alchemy Set has no obvious upgraded effects. But i'm guessing it gets you upgraded versions of the herbs. I have yet to start a new run in my current endless session. But it seems claire has become immortal. im not sure if the current game is no longer compatible with 0.93. but it has even lost the animation for when hit with armor. thought i'd let you know just in case. if there's anything noteable, Also, for What Are You Buying, i only used the sell card to sell all clothes for 50 each. so i should only have 200G. i have used an upgraded of this 3 times to get a relic. 40G+30G, i shouldn't even be able to get a relic for the 2nd time right away. It will then trigger once you draw it. Had that happen once and managed to accrue over 1500 stacks of arousal. juzjoss Posted December 17, 2024 Posted December 17, 2024 finally got to try beg for life. at first i thought 24 hp seems excessive. but, maybe it's better than ending the game. i think it's fair, maybe losing 4 cards is a bit too much? i initially forgot you also lose random cards on beg. i didn't notice my key cards are gone and it just snowballed from there. as the negative status come in, and the corruption piles up, it became a dragging game of choose which card (swallow? expel? resist?). i enjoy this mechanic, but... with on of the options in superfastmode gone, the time it all takes feels so sluggish when there's lots of it per turn. Automation suggestion. maybe at certain corruption or amount of climax, have a relic that either auto choose resist, or always choose climax, with the latter increasing masochist every x climax. or, add a 3rd option, "resist till the end" or per combat, when an option has been chosen 3 or x times in a row, it becomes the automatic option? this pertains the ones that end up triggering several times per turn.

Fixed the fairy bottle/lizard tail bug. Should be working now. Clarified Upgraded potion set description, you can get 2 potions, or 1+herb if your potion slots are full.

No, it's not random, could be the fairy bottle or lizard tail bug, or maybe the temporary HP bug, try the latest version, check temporary HP, I have yet to test it thoroughly. 1
juzjoss Posted December 17, 2024 Posted December 17, 2024 (edited) Found a bug or unintended interaction with N'loth's Gift. Claire's main relic and Jeans were up for trade. I chose Jeans while still having Combat Boots. so it bypassed the boots and tank top. Using Distracting Clothes no longer works, because it's probably based on the existence of Jeans for the naked state. I later got the Jacket back. Jeans still missing. Naked Fist repeat damage works as it detects Jeans as missing. Using suit up cards can't get it back unless it was done in the correct order. LighterBurnClothes/Refershing Jeans rely on Jeans to trigger or not. so... there's currently no way to lose clothes now other than to have its durability down. Im quite far away from that for now. it seems durability relies on Jeans as well as Jacket stayed at 40 regardless of how much damage is taken. What Are You Selling -> Sell All Clothes work. selling single clothing is not an option. And BOOM. it crashed after selling all clothes and using a suit-up card. i saw the jeans relic go up the relic bar tho before it closed. I'm so dumb. I just realized the gold What Are You Buying/Selling is refering to player's gold. I thought it was a different currency all this time. And here I was about to suggest adding a relic for "G". juzjoss Posted December 18, 2024 Posted December 18, 2024 so far no bugs with fairy potion. correctly used before beg. the new caps helps a lot reduce the need to spam for choices with high corruption. 229 corruption, 35 maso. also, when the last boss was dealing massive damage, first i died twice, consuming fairy and immediately triggering beg for life. and then later, it triggered 3 begs in succession. almost game over since hp went down to 22 before i could deal the killing attack. i was also testing Infestation Growth. racked it up to 105+ eggs. expecting +35 hp, but got around 22 instead. accounted -maxhp from corruption. maybe there's a cap, other -max hp, or i miscounted the eggs... actually you know what, i did miscount the eggs. i counted 10 rows, but multiplied it by 10 instead of 5 (column of cards). should've been 60+ cards, so it's close to 22. Infestation Growth test good so far. is there a reason for Masochist status to go down? maso relic was 16, but now i suddenly notice maso counter in the character is down to 9.

Masochist was already at 5 so it was easy to trigger final climax to keep claire immortal with high regen. and then as soon as i got the eggs, i breezed through it for enough turns to accumulate 100 maxhp worth of eggs lol. ended up with 327 corruption, 84 maso. even just a single Warming Up eventually accumulated to 88, so i don't dare use any attack cards to keep "grinding" the enemy. regen was at 135. bullets was at 97. dex 16 (from backflip dodge). perma flight in custom is cheaty. so this extreme case early was only possible because of it. but the earlier run was not custom mode so it's still possible to become like this by 2nd/3rd act. the key was surviving long enough to pile up regen (learned from echidna) and from there, block isn't even needed any more. slaver doesn't seem to increase their str so it went down to -25+ from horny status + proposition. deck went from 35 to 70 because of lewd cards gotten from corruption. wanted to pile up Precum power card (got 4), and planning to discard the other lewd cards thru upgraded Free Mind cards... but i forgot it only removes non-lewd cards 🤣. so it's a long journey of cleaning up. did you mean maso caps at 15? it does show 15, even if relic is at 84. but at the very start of the game, tooltip matches the relic counter. and then after the next turn (or a few), it goes down to 15. maybe after triggerring final climax. and 16 when the 3rd Resist Climax tries to add 1. currently i can get 0-2 Final Climax cards per turn, depending on the attack and rng that adds arousal. or when the climax card itself gets pushed to the discard pile because of a hand full of status and infestation.
juzjoss Posted December 19, 2024 Posted December 19, 2024 do any of the climax cards cause to discard an attack card? i've noticed this so many times now since after "grinding", i now want to kill the enemy. but the attack card ends up getting discarded after a series of resist climax to final climax routine. there's also status cards. the trigger card for climaxchoice gets discarded when hand is full. but it seems to be when generating resist cards, non-status cards get pushed to the discard pile instead.
juzjoss Posted December 19, 2024 Posted December 19, 2024 (edited) funny run. fought an enemy that caused -str debuffs. it was still early game. it came to a point where i ran out of ammos, and the str debuff made me have 0 damage. no way to deal damage. but because of backflip dodge and str debuff as well, managed to survive. thought it was hopeless, but just pushed through to the final climax. and then corruption came in with a clutch with suspicious egg (3 poison). She completely cleared the Library of Ruina (long version) which is a great mod to test the strength of your deck. I think I had 200+ corruption by the end. One thing I'd like to ask is if there are any vaginal penetration cards in Claire or Echidna. I noticed that neither had any. Edited December 20, 2024 by icehaku
