Is there a mod that allows the player to grab and remove npcs clothes while they are still alive?

I am aware of console commands that will allow you to do that but no mod.

You can do that in vanilla by grabbing the Perfect Touch pickpocket perk. Player.addperk 00058205 should be the command to unlock it if you don't want to grind pickpocket for an hour.
