Skyrim crashing inside Karthspire

So my game crashes like 3 times when going inside karthspire during the Alduin's wall quest and I have no clue whats causing it. here is my crash log, please help me decode it. thanks in advance!  https://pastebin.com/1q2zHu0N

Most likely a broken navmesh. You got lots of mods altering that cell, go through them all and fix any navmesh related issues in these:
