SoS - Install Help

I can not get Schlongs of Skyrim to work for my life. Yes I've followed the directions, I've tried damn near every version I could fine, I've used multiple mod managers, I've attempted just the mod by itself with supporting required mods like SkyUI etc And I absolutely can not get this fucking thing to work. How do I make the void go away because having a massive hole through the dick area is isn't very immersive lol. 

 

I've unchecked the box for skeletons, I've tried the none DLL version. I've tried original, SSE, SAE, etc and absolutely nothing each and every single time. I've done fresh installs 3 separate times now. I've searched for this MCM options every damn time. Command prompt force load the menu, waited for 5, 10, 30, 60 mins for it to populate with no luck. I've literally been on this for the last 4 days...  Idk I'm just getting frustrated with it at this point...
