My lack of regular activity has left me unaware of several things brought up recently. Going to try to send you a file to test for myself at this time a few weeks after this post.

Edit: Looks like it was sent.

The file came to me via PM, but I don't know how you inserted it. On the Post screen (this one)

it offers me several formats and upload options, but on the PM screen

it only gives me the option to upload images,,,

plus you have to wait six minutes! for an image to be visible in a post.

I have two magazines ready to come out in December and I think it will take me a morning to get them visible.

Classic drag and drop. It's the fastest way and no 'one way' seems superior in any other regard, I still have to do it multiple times before I get lucky with .png's and even then I can maybe get several to stick before it starts all over again.  So odd.

I took a screenshot of 'MY' PM screen - I do have the drag and drop ability and this thought came to mind. BEFORE anyone jumps to conclusions this is not a confirmed fact but I am a subscriber. Did the site change certain operational permissions based on status? If several members and subscribers would check their own PM menu, we could get a comparison pointing one way or another perhaps.

BTW after 50+ attempts to load the screenshot I gave up.

It's possible it's something like that. I also don't know where to see my permissions, accesses and so on, so for now if I have to add files, I will upload them to Mediafire and share the link.

About the photos in this link they talk about something about the "Cache" (whatever that is) so I wait about 5 or 6 minutes with the photo loaded and then when I click "send" it appears. Slow, cumbersome and annoying but my lack of computer skills does not allow me to go much further. Thank you for responding and for the trouble you have taken.
