Well it is one thing to make a armor/outfit from something that is already there like armor/outfit models. But it is entirely different when making them from a picture as it would take a modder a huge amount of time to do because the modder would have to make the armor from scratch and many modders will probably be doing stuff already. It might be a good time to learn how to do it and do it yourself or you can wait and wait and wait and hope someone decides to do it.
