SFW and NSFW mods for the same save

I've set up two profiles, one that contains only SFW mods and one that has everything. Can I use both of them on the same save? I would like to use SFW to progress in the game and make use of the extra frames, and also not spend time in MCM turning everything off and then on. Should i leave object mods like DD, Torture devices etc so that they don't get deleted from my world.

I blame Bethesda, from the late nineties, for not being willing to smudge code and data together so it can produce any outcome you want at a whim for your gaming experience. Maybe their future output will accommodate those needs. Then they can also take over the world.

I think we all should make a engine and give it to the modders.
