Hi,

Long time ago, I made an editing on a boots .nif on GIMP. I removed/deleted the tip part on it.

I have created first for LE. Then, I converted it to SE.

Few days ago, I checked the SE version again.

The boots were stretching.

You can see it below:

As I remember, before I had no such problem.

Here it is how the original and edited .dds files look like:

Here there are how it looks before and after adding alpha channel and this .dds file on the .nif file:

In "NiAlphaProperty" settings, Flags: 4845, Threshold: 128.

If I don't use this edited version .dds and "Alpha Channel" added .nif file, and use the original files, I don't get any problem.

Edit: HDT-SMP (Skinned Mesh Physics) causes the problem.

When I installed it, the boots looked normal again.

But, why?

What I have to do?

If HDT-SMP doesn't work, I use CBPC also.

It can be enough? Can I use CBPC as a good alternative of HDT-SMP?

By the way, there is another boots that work and don't cause problem HDT-SMP. I'll add it in my mod. Because, people might prefer HDT-SMP.

If you can help me anyway, I'll appreciate.
