Disregard...if anyone else is having the same issue, I went through adding each mod back in individually and found it was my HSR Sam Lycaon mod. It had an old RabbitFX.ini included within its folder. Now that I've updated it to the latest version, no issues.

Its the mask, just delete the files for it and you should be good.
