I don’t know what it could be but some mods use similar textures that conflicts with other characters and can cause issues like that.

Nobody from his patreon will share it. Ming put a unique watermark for every mod he distributes to his patrons so if someone leaks it, they get removed from the patreon. 

We'll just have to wait until it goes on ko-fi.

You're unlikely to get it anymore. He did a purge of new subscribers so there are only really old loyal people who won't leak shit. He also deleted his MEGA archive and the only way you get mods is when he sends out the ones from that month. He doesn't send out old ones.

the only source it's from the person who originally sent the image
