I understand what you mean, but I did state I talk with and see the kinds of things they do in the Mod Community discord to ensure they aren't keeping any users data or sharing it. As far as anyone coming into the discord and somehow getting that information, I can ensure they won't, they would have to hack into Discord's own servers and skim through until they found the ZZZ Modding Community's data and then find out where the images and text is stored in Discord's servers, not the actual server. I understand it sounds like a risk since anyone *can* choose to keep that info, but everyone on staff is reeling just as much from the loss of TSZ and are trying their best to try and keep the community alive in their own ways. The DMCA takedown of TSZ is not what had the ZZZ Modding Community discord locked down and is a separate issue entirely and I can't comment on who or what happened there but it was likely not the same people or person who has been constantly reporting mod posts in the ZZZ Modding Community discord server. Everyone just wants to be able to mod their games in peace and the ZZZ Modding Community is trying their best to ensure that peace by mitigating as much damage to the community as possible. Even if it feels uncomfortable, the admin and staff have agreed to do this, even knowing many people would hate it, simply because it can help mitigate some of the false reporting and help the users feel more safe on the discord server, itself, even if the verification might seem to vilify the server, admins, or staff, in the process. It's fine to feel uncomfortable with the verification process and if that makes someone not want to join the ZZZ Modding Community server, that's fine and is their choice to make. We aren't the only server to exist, we're just trying to keep the server we have safe as many users already have done the verification process and are waiting for the rework of the server to be finished so they can post safely with more security that they aren't randomly going to be reported for an image or mod they posted.

We may have lost our “home,” but we can still say that we fully enjoyed the journey, and I have no regrets about what we built together.

If Discord decides to stand by their decision despite the appeal process, I will take some time to think about what comes next. It could be the end of this adventure, or maybe the beginning of something new somewhere else (even though that possibility remains very unlikely for now).

For now, everything depends on how Discord handles the situation and how long their responses take.

I still haven’t received any concrete answer, only useless AI-generated replies. To submit a real appeal, I would have to provide my real information, my identity, my address, swear under oath, and sign documents. Honestly, I find that it’s a bit too much private information to give away.

It’s not that I don’t want to try to recover it, but the amount of personal information required is simply too much. However, regarding The "Safe" Zone itself, unless a miracle happens, it’s gone. But hey, we are talking about the server, not Safe Zone itself.
 

Safe Zone is a community that we built over 2 years. It cannot be reduced to just a simple “server” that got nuked. The server might be gone, but the community is still here.

Because of that, my staff and I decided to rebuild everything from scratch. It takes time, because we have to manually recreate threads, channels, and everything that was built over the years. It’s not something that can be done overnight.

Just to give you an idea, Genshin Impact alone has 113 characters, and that’s without even counting skins, forum retextures, and all the other content we had organized.

But we are almost at the end of this journey. Safe Zone will return. The community is still here, and I know that. We are going to rebuild everything together, repost mods together, and this will be our biggest answer to those who want to harm our freedom.

We are starting from zero again, but we are starting for many more years to come.
 

I also want to make something clear: Safe Zone and its staff are not connected to, affiliated with, or part of any other server. So aside from my own words, please do not consider anything else as an official statement from the Safe Zone team.
 

I know some members have spread out here and there, and you are completely free to do so. But once the doors of our new home open again, you will all be welcome back.

I have seen some speculation targeting certain authors. Yes, we did have some mods removed at the same time due to DMCA reports, and we know exactly which authors’ mods were affected.
I also have a strong idea of what actually caused Safe Zone to be nuked.

I will not make the same mistake twice, so you can have peace of mind moving forward.

idk what just happen to the discord server, is it being deleted or am i being kicked out? i dont remember whats the discord name is, but its not zzz mod community.
i always hype and checked the server almost everyday to see if there any new mods, but its kinda gone now.

I have a Vtuber Discord server, and I can understand the trouble of Safe Zone. The Discord automods are out for blood and can ban a server over some vague report. Meanwhile, the human side of their mod team is rather... slow and uncooperative, especially when the reported server belongs to "Otaku" culture. It was bad, but it's way worse now as Discord uses more and more AI on their moderation jobs.

Does anyone know if there's a way to fix Belle's mods where her hair is bugged and accessories are misplaced after version 3.0?
The fixes i've tried don't fix the hair.

one thing that TSZ stood out was ppl there actually have constructive conversations helping each other out with modding/gameplays and no one ever call anyone noob or whatever bs drama

pretty audacious whoever did the reporting/DMCA sht coz aren't modders asking for money breaking TOS with hoyo anyway, the selfish hypocrisy is next level

anyway i have feeling all the people would just come back like avengers if u just say assemble lol

37k members isn't nothing it's probably easier to start from scratch, but the longer it takes the more it will fizzle

i started zzz since 1.0 and been thinking about leaving the game for good

sitting on 80gig worth of mod backups here since day 1
