(comm) bakery_belle_mod_bakery_tier v1.1.rar the mod is broken after the update and the 3.0 fix doesn't work, sadly.

paint.net is more for like simple retexturing like changing colors or adding makeup to the face. I don't think you can quite do the things ur asking with that. Photoshop i'm not sure cause i don't use that myself but doubtful it does that either
