She's already got some basic black panties underneath, but if you mess with this outlined/blue area via Paint.NET (image attached, try 37% tolerance on the Magic Wand and poke the area a couple times for the same results), you could make some rough/recolored ones for her, if not stretch/paste some existing ones from other mods or images. I know GIMP can do some stretching with warping, perspective or cage tools, and you can immediately copy-paste that back over to your work in Paint.NET.

The right-side line by the triangle (used for Varesa's tail) isn't used in this mod, so that half can be ignored afaict. The rest of the panty texture is mirrored/used symmetrically on her model, so the bottom meets in the middle of her butt and the top edge meets the front of her groin. I tried doing some crude nudity on them myself and, uhhh... it didn't look so great, putting her to the test via triggering a Chain with her basic attack. Some proper nudity for this mod is only an option when you can do some Blender magic and remodel-and-retexture her pelvis. 😅

If you got any textures or design ideas for some panties, I could try to help out some more with it, either here or in private messages.

It's a shame actually, it works for me BUT not without issues, it replaces the school outfit btw not the swimsuit.

The problem with this mod in my case is that while it works normally replacing the school outfit, it glitches the hair of all the other outfits for Belle, it shouldn't affect the others but somehow it takes priority over everything even if you change to the default temple or classic outfit or other mods for other outfits.   

I tried deleting the face and hair files of this mod but then all the skins and mods for Belle are bald with a mismatching face color, so does anyone know how to fix the cow bikini Belle mod so it doesn't affect the others?

You only need to choose the original hairstyle for this MOD. For other MODs, you also have to choose the original hairstyle.
