No one will release a mod like that because there is an unspoken rule in modding communities that Hoyo tolerates us for as long as we don't mess with their money. Any skin that's purchasable won't be made into a mod, at least not one that is publicly available. 11

These types of mods run the risk that Hoyo will strike down modding as a whole, and nobody here wants that. Just shell out the 15 bucks and get the skin; you can get a better deal by VPN-ing to Japan and paying the lower yen prices. 6

You will need rabbitfx too, get it from gamebanana. It's pretty easy 1

DW and no you can't get banned from it since you modify your client and not the in game file idk about anyone getting banned from it just don't show video or picture of your modded game with your uid shown 2
