No one will release a mod like that because there is an unspoken rule in modding communities that Hoyo tolerates us for as long as we don't mess with their money. Any skin that's purchasable won't be made into a mod, at least not one that is publicly available.

This isn't an implication where I go "wink wink nudge nudge, you can get it here"; It's an acknowledgement that those with the know-how will make those types of mods either way, but you very likely won't find it here, on the Discord or any of the bigger modding sites. These types of mods run the risk that Hoyo will strike down modding as a whole, and nobody here wants that.

Just shell out the 15 bucks and get the skin; you can get a better deal by VPN-ing to Japan and paying the lower yen prices.

not that kind of "private", it's more like "whoever created those will only keep it to themselves" kind of private because of the unspoken rule of zzz modding that GalaSeraph mentioned.
the risks are too much and the rewards? nothing, it costs the same to buy a "paid skin mod" compared to just buying the skin in game
hell people would rather buy the skins than "paid skin mod" because at least that way it's all moddable, you can have all 3 remielle skins modded and it won't risk hoyo striking mods down either
hoyo knows people are modding but they don't care because nobody is doing the thing you're asking for, just shell out some cash or something

Is there another Discord server? I didnt have an account so I made one to get mods but it says I was kicked for account age. Can a mod disable this and just make it so new accounts cant type? This is stupid

Maybe you could also fix that menu bug in his first mod? XD Because if you press the special menu while wearing one of his other costumes, the main menu gets triggered too—that's why I mapped it to a different key. ^^

download twilight launcer or xxmi, download the game or find your game files there, open the mod folder from the settings, drop the extracted files, that's it. You will need rabbitfx too, get it from gamebanana. It's pretty easy

DW and no you can't get banned from it since you modify your client and not the in game file idk about anyone getting banned from it just don't show video or picture of your modded game with your uid shown
