The character only blinks in certain situations, like in Skills menu on the character screen or during combat If you want the blinking to work, you can try renaming the face folder to DISABLED_face. This brings back the original face, but there might be a tiny seam between the face and the body >.< 1

It isn't exactly an upskirt focus mod, but the toggles do allow you to style something around it.
