New update for Alice Mod. There will be different skin tone shaders. Just set 'DISABLED' in the INI file you want to use. One is for combat mode but has different skin tones, and the other has the same skin tone but causes....

i had a similar issue with a mod, you had to play around with some of the graphics settings ingame, mine turned invisible if i got too close and was fine if far enough, play around with your settings if till you find it working

The problem is likely with a different mod that's somehow affecting characters who aren't even using a skin.

 

I had a similar issue where a mod called Billymod was messing with other characters. Your best bet is to disable your mods one by one to check which one is causing the glitch. Once you find it, you can delete it and put the others back.
