Im fairly new to creating mods, but I believe you're only going to be able to remove this if there are hair/head accessory files in the mod folder. I don't see any. Which means the mod is not able to overwrite or change that part of the model. I tried importing it to a 3D model editor but it won't take the .buf files. Sorry, but I don't think these can be removed.

I'd like to know this too, i isolated the hair from that on a date mod in an .ini archive and everything works except the hair ribbons and pins, i wonder if someone knows how to edit the .ini to hide them?

Yhh my mod/mods are all getting fixed and 4k upscaled as we speak.. lots of new content added... It's a lot of work for 'lil 'ol me.. so bear with me.. I do not use AI to create mods, unlike some of the new texture mods I've seen lately which look fake AF... so just give me time and y'all will be rewarded...

It's broken. I added some code to toggle the menu on and off. The menu appears, but it doesn't load icons properly and doesn't do anything when I interact with it.

 

Do you have other mods that have been made by the same person? I can maybe compare the code and try fix it.

Try overwriting the "Base1.dds" texture file of the Full version mod with the edited one from the base version mod.

Just drag and replace.
