What's the best way to play Shattered Space?

Unfortunately, I had to do NG+ just a few days before Shattered Space was released. I think the best way to play this DLC is with Andreja, who I'm almost meeting again for the first time.

 

My question is this: how is the best experience of playing Shattered Space?

 

1 - As soon as Andreja is our follower?

 

2 - After we are already in the engaged phase?

 

3 - Or after we are already married to Andreja?

 

By the way, has anyone played Shattered Space with Sarah?

 

I would appreciate it if you avoided spoilers as much as possible.

You can get andreja with NG+. I think it required playing the main story but you definetly can get her if you want to.

Well I played it while being married to Andreja.

 

Had some limited lines out of her and that was it.

An unofficial patch for Shattered Space was released a few days ago that fixes missing dialogue from Andreja.

There I go, having to stop playing the beginning of this DLC again (I played the initial 20 minutes this morning) and return to a previous save game, to advance my relationship with Andreja, at least to the point of commitment.

Oh I know I did !! I rushed through it just to see the main quest so I can go to unity and make a new Female charachter. 

 

That is why I have stop watching all those "experts" like Mr Buddy and Not Luke skywalker (cus I dont want to name them, those who know know) who came out a day after the DLC came out and cryed "its only 5 hours long" !!

 

Not mate, it;s not, you rushed it !!!.

Its not Dragonborn but it is not just 5 hours long.

If you just do only the bare minimum main quests and fast travel everywhere, You are rushing it !!
