I'm using Pandora for animation stuff, I'm in the process of disabling all of my Sexlab related stuff for a "normal" playthrough, but after I get rid of Sexlab proper my creature animations are borked. Reinstalling Sexlab Framework makes them work again.

What it says on the tin, I'm super perplexed by this. I did run Pandora afterwards. Human animations were fine, but all animals and creatures were just stuck in place. Please try to help me.

Did you re-run Pandora after disabling the Sex Lab related mods?

Anyhow, SL Framework as far as I know contains no files that FNIS/Nemesis/Pandora would be interested in. Your issue is elsewhere. I'd bet Pandora didn't regenerate *some* files it previously created. As in, maybe it didn't see the need to create creature behavior files because you have no creature behavior mods installed, thus the previously generated files weren't touched.

I imagine the solution to your problem is to just clean up behavior files before running Pandora. Starting over clean as it were.

What do behavior files look like you ask? Well, here's one: \meshes\actors\atronachflame\behaviors\atronachflamebehavior.hkx

Perhaps we can draw some conclusions from this? Delete all hkx files that exist within a folder named "behaviors"? Start with that, see what happens. Create backups.

if this was fnis i would say: hit the "de-install creatures" button in fnis and then rerun fnis.

when you uninstall something with creature animations it leaves behind the generated behavior files, and if there are no other mods for that creature then there is nothing to update that behavior file with, so it just stays there full of invalid animation data, hence why fnis has a "de-install creatures" button, clicking it will delete them all and allow you to generate new ones for anything that you still have.
