Ai mod for playing as a healer for a dominant follower.

Hi everyone. I have thought about the idea of playing as a healer of a dominant follower. The thing is, I love the mod submissive lola, i think it may be my favourite mod on this site and I also want to congratulate and  thank @Hex Bolt for his amazing mod, so I want to play as a support for my follower. But this have some problems, since skyrim's janky follower's Ai have them acting obnoxiously, stepping repeatingly on traps, and so on. And also they almost never tank. So, do you people know about some AI follower mod that makes them engage first on more fights, tank, and be more useful so it makes sense when they say you need their strong hand?

Skyrim's AI just kind of sucks. I'd recommend Nether's Follower Framework which has lots of options to configure the way you want followers to act. You can also try giving your follower a tank role, and enable an option so they dont step on traps. I find that lighting mods can also affect AI detection, because NPCs sometimes struggle to see their opponents from afar if it's too dark.

SexLab Survival has options to make NPC followers mandatory, and make yourself weaker, but also a lot of features you might not need.

Gender Matters can also do that though it's more of a general debuff.

You could also use Sexlab Adventures' options to make casting spells increase your arousal.

Thx, I will definitly try NFF. Gender matters is interesting, but that would nerf possible mistresses, so i will have to think about it. I have played with sexlab survival and I know that you can avoid nerfing female npcs, so that can be an option.

Also, I had no idea that sexlab adventures could make that, that can be fun for going for a healslut gameplay

As decaluka mentioned, Nether's Follower Framework can have followers ignore traps (it's an option during installation) and function in roles such as a tank.

I also suggest Disparity (on Nexus, for LE and now recently ported to SE) if you like being at a little disadvantage with a female character.  It's a well-established mod, very configurable, that's actively maintained.  Yes, it will also weaken a female follower as well as female bandits, necromancers, and other foes, so you'll have some incentive to choose your targets more carefully.

If you find combat to still be too easy, Difficulty Balance (on Nexus, for LE and SE) is a no-esp SKSE plugin that simply applies the game's same damage rules to followers that it uses for the PC.  I always use it.  Otherwise, it's too easy for a well armored follower to steamroll enemies.  With the follower and PC on the same footing, a player has to be smarter about combat.

I don't mean to rain on the parade, but I tried that one time, briefly, and it was boring and frustrating.  Even with help from NFF, followers need some direction in combat.  I suggest trying some variation of archer, possibly with healer as a secondary role (since you use Submissive Lola, you can also support your mistress by supplying her with healing potions).  Pull enemies to your tank, because your follower will be too stupid to attack rationally.  You can keep yourself weak by avoiding stealth attacks (your follower is too impatient for sneaky combat and is much too noisy anyway) and limiting your armor.  Mage robes would keep you dependent on your follower for tanking and help you with healing.  Submissive Lola's optional friendly fire feature will make you watch your shots, so after pulling in enemies you might have to shift to a healing role.  That might get you close to what you're looking for.

Just checked it and it seems really fun. The class system helps me with the idea of playing a support, and the gender disparity is just the little bit of physical disadvantage.

Yes, i think i will start fights with some destruction magic and see how it goes. For clothes i would use mage robes or some unoptimized bikini armor, depending of what robes mod I find.
