So for some reason Shiny Lyra's front sprite has Blue Lips, Nips and Vag but all other shiny sprite arts of her doesn't have that

So I did made some quick edits on the other versions of her shiny sprite. Is it good, I think its decent enough but it was done quickly so don't expect too much

There is no vs seeker. There is phone system, some trainers give you phone numbers and call you later for rematch.

Lowkey wanting a sequel after playing this, it's fun for a redone Kanto with nude girls and some extra shit here and there.

how do I get Cynthia? I have beaten the elite 4 and unlocked mt silver, but I can't reach its top. In particular i cant climb up this water fall to reach the pathway

You can use Lapras' Pokeball to scale up the waterfall. Go up the stairs in the first picture. You'll find a body of water in the right which you'll surf on ending with another waterfall. Go up the waterfall and you'll get to the summit.

Lowkey, I want the daycare to actually be useable in this game's sequel, half because more than 1 NSFW scene that isn't "Team Rocket grunt lays eggs" via already established breeding mechanics and other half because passive level ups

I agree for the most part. I would have loved to have seen more NSFW scenes like the rocket grunt one but i am ok without having the daycare to be honest...

How do I get the warehouse key for the rocket base at route 9?

I got to Celadon and noticed the prize corner amounts are pretty high, for getting 75 coins per battle it takes a pretty long time to get the three girl pokemon. Are there any other battle areas that give higher coin payouts or is this just the intended pace?

You will get it later from event in Fuchsia City.

Later card arenas give more coins, when you finish all of them you can repeat them as well. Also every Rocket facility has hidden chest with lot of coins.

When i read around the thread, there was talk about potentially permanently missable pokemon, which are they? One thing i've been a little worried about during my run is missing particular girls as i advance in the game.

Only girl really missable is Flannery on SS Anne. if you don't battle her and the ship leaves then that's it.

Sorry if this has been answered but I checked the guide and didn't see anything. How does the egg work that you get from the couple on the side of the road after the 2nd gym? If its something thats native to more recent pokemon games I wouldn't know either I only played the original red and blue on gbc 23 years ago lol.
