These all look great, though if I'm going to be honest, I didn't really notice the changes to Lana's mom. If those changes are a few pixels though it might make sense that someone with no spriting experience like me  would not notice the changes.

Those are sprites you could use for the other game, as long as you credit the sprite maker in the credits or in the intro.

I don't think I'll use them, the girls in their next Fangame are going to have another style of pixelart, more defined

You need to decrypt your game before you can open it in RPG Maker XP and make any serious edits. You can find an already decrypted version in this thread but it's outdated. I'll provide an up to date one here for easy access for those who are struggling with this step.

Just open the .rxproj file with RPG Maker XP.
