Crypt of the NecroDancer - ExposeDancers

Dance to the rhythm through the depths of the crypt as you groove with your birthday suit on!
Alternatively, try to keep your clothes from falling off with the added clothing tear mechanic!

 

There are two versions of this mod:

- "ExposeDancers" for base game as a resource pack
- "ExposeDancers+" for SYNCHRONY DLC as a Lua script

The Resource Pack makes some of the playable characters exposed as selectable skins you could use at anytime.

The following characters that have nude skins available are:
- Cadence (including her multiplayer recolours)
- Nocturna
- Coda
- Hatsune Miku

- Their clone variants (excluding Miku) are nude too

More characters including enemies may be added in the future.
 

HOW TO INSTALL RESOURCE PACK:
- Move the "ExposeDancers" folder to the game directory's mod folder:
  e.g. "\steamapps\common\Crypt of the NecroDancer"
  On Steam, you could find the game's directory by right clicking the game on your library and select "Manage > Browse Local Files".
- If "ExposeDancers" is inside the "mods" folder, it should be available in the Resource Packs menu found in the Customize menu of the pause menu.
- Make sure the pack is enabled so you can use the nude skins in the Change Skin menu. Have fun!

If you don't want the characters to blush, remove or rename their head sprites in the mod folder.

The plus(+) version aims to implement an actual exposure mechanic to the gameplay with Lua scripting. Requires SYNCHRONY DLC!

 

So far, it only adds an alternate version of Cadence whose playstyle remains the same but with a twist: getting damaged will tear her clothing away!
Cadence's default outfit is now its own armour that provides a bit of defense except it has the functionality of heavy glass armour which means it'll last three hits before Cadence gets exposed completely and become more vulnerable to attacks...until she can find another armour to cover herself with.

 

More playable characters may be supported, with some might even have an additional way of losing their clothes.

I have an idea for Nocturna in the future where she could have her clothes dropped when she transforms into a bat.

HOW TO INSTALL LUA VERSION:
- Make sure you have SYNCHRONY DLC installed or you can't use this mod
- Move the "ExposeDancers+" folder to this file location:
  "\AppData\Local\NecroDancer\mods\"
- If "ExposeDancers+" is inside this "mods" folder, it should be available in the Mods menu found in the Customize menu of the pause menu.
  The mod should be found in "My Mods" section of the menu. Enable it so you can add "Lewd Cadence" to the game.
- Go to the Character Select room and you should see Lewd Cadence at the bottom. Play as her to enable the clothing tear mechanic. Enjoy!
