Are there any skimpy armor replacer mods?

Now, I know there are plenty of quality mods that add skimpy or functionally nude armor. However, the ones I've found so far all just put everything in a bucket for you, the player.

 

What I am looking for is a replacer mod that skimpifies existing, worn armor in game. The stuff NPCs have on, and so forth.

 

Anybody know of a mod like that out there yet?
