Estorm732 Posted November 30, 2013 Posted November 30, 2013 Today I attempted creating a female char using mods from the waifu guide. Using UNP Skinny,SG Female Retexture and ECE. However,I noticed a weird bug that occurs around the characters' cheekbones,making those areas have literally edges.I thought it was me,messing too much with the sliders so I loaded some presets but they were still there. I wonder what's the cause of this? At first I thought it was the race I chose (Altmer) so I changed to Nord,but it still persists. I also couldn't get rid of those lines on two sides of the mouth too,-which seem to be Altmer only- I could use some help with those as well... Thanks.

Thelargir Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 I had the same problem when I updated ECE some time ago. Try using the "Age" slider in racemenu. That fixed it for me.
Dagimpyman Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 This seems to be a problem inherent to ECE's morphs. As Thelargir already pointed out, not messing with the age slider gets rid of most of the blockiness; however, you can still get it without, so if it bothers you (as it did me), you'll need to spend some time carefully tweaking your facial features Btw, normal maps also contribute to this problem, and I think your second problem (mouth wrinkles) is entirely caused by normal maps, so try to see if you can find some smoothed out ones for elves.
